That said we don't even know if the data on these phones is being used for identity theft, just that it's theoretically possible... and it's theoretically possible that the NSA could use my information for identity theft as well | ||

They're more trustworthy than Huawei or Lenovo. At least the companies mentioned in the quote are not linked to the Chinese government. Though if I had to choose, I would choose China, just to even the odds. Both are equally bad and if any one of those two parties gets too powerful over the other, it will not be pretty. | ||
