This is, looking at the past weeks, the standard phrase for 'We are bringing everything in position' I'm sure all the nations involved had a sylvester party, in which they decided 'Hey let's all all move our whole military equipment to one place in the beginning of march, it will surely be fun to read, what the media makes out of it', that's why now all these plans existed for months and no changed needed to be made! | ||

Turkey would probably be more than happy to have a flattop in there regardless of whatever treaty supposedly prohibits it. Problems getting into the Black Sea. That channel isn't particularly friendly for big ships to traverse through. | ||
