EPTI'm almost certain there are allegations of stealing money from individuals under the pretense of being sick, cheating in bw extensively, even cheating in a LAN in sc2. Though Combatex deny's some of this to differing levels, it's kind of reasonable to ban him.
It's a shame, he looks like he might actually have changed the most horrible sections of his old personality, but i understand/respect/agree with the decision to keep him unbanned until TL can be certain his change this time is genuine and not another random apology followed by detritus.
