They seemed certain they had the votes this morning, yet they are delaying the vote a little bit. Maybe they are seeing some cracks?

Are they really voting for a bill to exempt themselves and their staff from this disaster of a "healthcare" bill?

Figures that would get unanimous support. Our politicians are absolutely pathetic.

No they're voting to eliminate the exemption, actually. Though goodness knows why they would do that now.

well as of yesterday they had gone from going to fix it to it being back. Kind of hard to keep up with how much the story changes.

Someone/small group is on the floor right now saying they will kill this if they don't get what they want (if they have half a brain)

3-4 vote margin. Congrats to Trumpcare Mk II.

I wonder if the senate would pass it just to get a "win" knowing they would renegotiate it later before any of the effects actually kick in since current coverage has to last at least until Jan. (obviously a terrible idea, but who knows what these clowns are thinking)

Its also complicated because both the ACA and the AHCA exempted Congress...because Congress has employer provided health insurance, so having them covered by it would be somewhat complicated as both laws attempt to leave employer provided insurance alone as much as possible.
