I really think we just don't know yet. The GOP primary was puzzling for about 600 reasons. Was Donald in the right place at the right time, or did he somehow transfer the primary? Can Trump transform a general election? I don't know.
We have a million different metrics to show that democratic voters are just different, though. I'm so curious to see how things workout. Religious rates and a million other things separate democrats from republicans.

Doesn't history show painting someone as an idiot is not necessarily a good thing? Bush and Reagan didn't exactly suffer. And when you consider how many voters are poorly educated and just kinda low tier humans, it makes sense. Pointing out someone is stupid to a group of stupid people will not learn you points.

Don the Fraud (Trump U, his fake tan, his fake hair thing, his fake billions, his golf cheating, his fake policy, his loyal lying goons).

Why not just use Trump's own inventions and call him Lyin' Don or Little Don?

Again, what use does trying to force a nickname have? What damage could it possibly do that is not already done by, well... everything he has said and done to this point.
Trying to fight Trump on character is pointless because there is nothing to gain, people who support him do so against overwhelming evidence that he is utterly unfit for a station as important as Presidency. A goofy nickname is not going to change their mind at this point.

Its less the specific smear and more it might be better to spend as much energy calling him Donald instead of his current brand name Trump.
Dr. Do-Very-Little Donald Donald Ducks Donald Drumph etc...

If Clinton can come up with a goofy nickname for Trump she can convince simple people who don't like Trump to vote for her instead of staying at home.

A goofy nickname is not going to change their mind at this point. A nickname makes it stick. Most people have a general perception of a candidate but aren't very good at articulating it. Nicknames like Lyin Ted, Crooked Hillary, 1-for-41, etc. use that perception and make it stick. People already think of Cruz as a liar, Hillary as a dishonest politician, and Kasich as someone who doesn't know when to quit. It's a very good visceral reaction that comes from the nickname.

Do people think Hillary was "qualified" to be a US senator in 2000?

I don't know, didnt pay a lot of attention to her at the time but the standard for the senate, where you are 1 out of 100 out of less then 1/3 of the government, is a lot lot lot lower then that of the leader of the free world.

This could be how the Clinton camp wins by picking Warren who gets under his skin.
Donald Trump has been forced to clarify that he is “not stupid” and challenged Sadiq Khan to an IQ test during an interview with Good Morning Britain on Monday.
The Republican presidential hopeful told Piers Morgan that he does not “care” about the new Mayor of London’s comments, after Khan attacked Trump for being ignorant.
The 69-year-old told Morgan: “Well let’s go and do an IQ test.”
Morgan told Trump: “He says you will make both of our countries less safe, he says ‘I hope Donald Trump loses the election’.
“He says ‘my message to Trump and his team is that your views of Islam are ignorant’.”
Trump responded: “Well when he won I wished him well, now I don’t care about him.
“I mean it doesn’t make any difference to me about him, let’s see how well he does. Let’s see if he’s a good mayor.”
Following this morning’s interview, a spokesman for Khan said: “Donald Trump’s views are ignorant, divisive and dangerous - it’s the politics of fear at its worst and will be rejected at the ballot box just as it was in London.
“Sadiq has spent his whole life fighting extremism, but Trump’s remarks make that fight much harder for us all - it plays straight into the extremists hands and makes both our countries less safe.”
Responding to whether the new mayor would take an IQ test, his spokesman said: “Ignorance is not the same thing as lack of intelligence.”

Forced to clarify he's not stupid lol

Man, I hope he keeps challenging everyone who criticizes him to an IQ test. Then when someone already has their scores from and release them, Trump can make up an excuse not to release his.
|
Isn't Trumps IQ 159? Or is that a meme. It's tough keeping track with all this meme power floating around. Also, obligatory fauxcahontas

right because IQ tests are accurate measures of intelligence. Not even the guy who invented them thought that.

Speaking about releasing, now that Hillary made the expected move of once again changing what she wants before releasing her transcripts to Trump's tax returns, can we agree if he does she'll be out of excuses not to release them (even if they never made sense and were simply a lie to cover up she thought it wasn't politically advantageous to release them)?

Yeah, there's at least a few million of us, but I guess it's more comfortable in the bubble. What no one cares about are Donald's Tax returns. Except people who want to nail him on his net worth (from what I understand, he's just going to say that his taxes don't reveal his true fortune anyway).
Also since Kwiz's MamaJean story about NV repeated the Nina Turner being booed by Bernie supporters propaganda, figured I'd show people the whole speech and let them decide for themselves whether they were booing her or Democratic party BS.
