The more human experience it gets the better it is at identifying patterns that lead it to the correct conclusion. Yes, humans don't always immediately tell you the right symptoms to diagnose something but a computer program doesn't distinguish saying "I heard a loud crack and now I can see my shin bone" from "I was hesitant to come in because it's probably nothing". It's not incapable of intuition because it doesn't have a base level of communication which excludes things it would intuit, if that makes sense. Everything is valid for diagnostics and with a decent sample size it ought to be able to draw conclusions mimicking intuition. If anything it ought to outperform doctors, it can't miss cues and it has every other case it has ever seen (orders of magnitude more than any doctor) to compare against with perfect recall. You'd need human assistance, especially at first while you teach it, but that kind of pattern recognition and database comparison is exactly what computers beat humans at. Pretty much. Diagnosing an issue against a database of information is one of the easiest things to program. What's more is these machines (or one central machine) would get more accurate as time goes by if machine learning is put into place (which no doubt would be done). Personally I think it's the diagnostic equipment that would take the longest to create. Humans lie/are wrong about things all the time, so having equipment to preform the tests would be the deciding factor in how well this works. If equipment could not be made to be human-less, physicians would likely just be replaced by technicians with little knowledge of health, but that can work the machines and walk people through the steps required to diagnose them.

Definitely hurt Hillary more than Sanders imo, as his image and interests align more closely with Hillary's than with Sanders's.

For people who have to put in effort to pass an English class? Vastly. I don't see computers flat out replacing teachers anytime soon unless they are closer to true artificial intelligence then I think.
