Nobody said you had anything to do with AZK, it was simply suggesting that the way in which you operate might be similar. You make a lot of claims that simply have no structure or support, and you never give us a reason to believe in what you say.
So really, I'ma stick with thinking that you're trying to scam a few more players. Which is pretty shitty of you.
The AZK came up when someone was comparing his past actions to the guy who "sponsored" AZK. Imagine coming back to check on your announcement 30 minutes after posting and you find this many accusations. He could just have misread this one post and still tried to answer it. AZK came up a few more times and noone clarified so it came up in his reply as well. Wouldn't give him hate for that.
Still, you should really let someone read your announcements and posts before publishing them, less grammar mistakes give more credibility.
He came up with a few plausible answers as well in my opinion, one example being the team of Mika Gaming. He promised them 1500 and didnt instantly pay them, or didnt pay them before the event. He payed with delay, but upon hearing that mika payed the amount he promised, he cancelled the payment.
I dont own a team so i'm only talking out of my ass here but that sounds like an understandable chain of actions.

I Just checked the secretary of state website and there are no LLCs with blight in the name. One corporation but that was inactive as of 2000 and registered to a guy in yakima.
There are two LLC's with registered agents of "James Larsen", one is 'Aggregate Construction LLC' and the other is 'Section 8 Customs, LLC' registered in Auburn.
which one is yours?

Hah, what a joke. Can't believe this guy brought this shitstorm on his own head. Why would anyone stick with the same name/ID with this kind of history?
I love how teens on the internet pretending to be legit organizations always threaten legal action even though it never ever happens. That shit works everytime and never backfires, right?

We have promised to teams not knowing how to manage a budget or even run an organization/team. It was just immature and cruel to some teams/players. We gained honestly nothing we never recieved any of the teams winnings or hold it from them. As asked earlier why not change our name(aka Blight). It would not solve the issues it would only be running away from the mistakes we made. We need to own up to what we have done and deliver to teams/players. As well as pay back what we owe, it seems pointless to change names our reputation would still be the same.

Well, if you change your name etc. u would go unnoticed for some time and could pull the same scam over and over. I guess he would do so if he didn't want to seriously fix his past mistakes. Or do you really believe someone is that stupid and scams a 100th time under the same alias?

Well from reading that statement I now know he lives in the same state as me, so if he screws over crane I think me and some friends will have to find him and teach him to respect the SC2 community the hard way.

n/m I just saw on page 5 the youtube video where you call yourself James Larsen of Blight, LLC.
there is no such entity in WA state.

"Cannot recall bad stuff, clearly remember stuff i didn't mess" I never heard about blight gaming before but this article smells bad at every corner.
Did you represent Blight Gaming within the TF2 community as a registered LLC based in Washington, DC? We were never a registered LLC in DC, in Washington state were we live I have a registered LLC or two yes. This sounds so fishy, is it one ? or two? or more ? You can't even say that clearly ?

Anyone who gets into business with this guy should expect nothing but headaches and broken promises. That apology is crammed with terms that sound like he them picked up from a cursory google search for "business plans". I really hope people reach out to these players and help them understand what a shady situation they're in.

Why are you back again...

According to this article from nerdbuster which was posted earlier in the earlier pages of this thread: http://www.nerdbuster.com/2011/11/blackfoger-has-been-caught-in-dirty-dealings-again/
This is one of his registered LLC's :"Hilda James LLC" -taken from above nerdbuster article http://www.sos.wa.gov/corps/search_detail.aspx?ubi=602661412 which are put under his parents' names, according to the article. And it expires at the end of October this year....
If you google the address real quick, it's pretty obvious that it's someones residence as well...
If you really want to live up to past mistakes and didn't change your name as a result, it just means worse if this guy fucks up again since it seems like he has more mess ups than real successes cause I've hardly read anything good about him. It's "don't fuck up" or the shitstorm is only going to get worse.
Also his blog post on his website doesn't have line breaks between the question and the answer and its pretty annoying to read...
THIS PART of his apology letter:
" We have been paying off past debts and will be continuing to do so, as some people have stated we shouldn't be sponsoring any teams until our past debts are cleared and paid up. While I agree with that statement, we can't pay our past debts if we aren't currently in business or sponsoring"
So you need to be in business to rack up more debt to pay off debt... This makes no sense; you're just digging this hole deeper...
Edited to add a couple more thoughts/clarification.

I did not google anything in that apology as you can see it was written awhile back..

We are trying to live up to past mistakes we have made as someone said we could of easily changed names and kept doing our "scamming" but rather repair what has been done. I would easily say we have more successes then screw ups, 70/30.

who are Rich and Sue Larsen? his parents? He's not even an owner of his company?

So this statement of yours what should we think about that? Like i want someone that has been working with you or several teams/organizations that has been working with Blight coming to this thread and tell us what's going on if that statement is 100% true.
I don't really know what to believe. I can only hear ur side of the story not the other. And what's your future plan for Blight in the StarCraft 2 community?

Def not as good of a read as I thought it would be. Filled with typos too. So professional! Didn't buy any of it and I doubt anyone will. Just give up your aspirations to ruin esports and move on.

You would say you are, but you're obviously looking through this optimistically and through clouded eyes because it's your team/company/business/whatever you want to call it. Everyone here seems to consider it worse than that...

blackfoger:
Regarding a few things, quickly, since I've not time to do a full and complete reply.
First, I apologize for mistakenly asking about Washington, DC instead of Washington State. I appreciate the correction.
Regarding your version of events with DaZed: caseyfoster agrees with DaZed's version of events, and states that you didn't pay the promised salary. Is his issue ego as well, or did you misrepresent the situation in your reply?
Regarding your interactions with fnatic/DDT: Were you or were you not able to access the team's Ventrilo channel? What was the nature of your financial offer to the team?

I don't know how the second part of that statement follows the first, but let's not dwell on that. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt in this situation if you do one simple thing: explain, without being vague, your 5-year plan and how you intend to maximize the "ROI" you mentioned. I don't want to hear any bullshit about proprietary information or trade secrets or really anything other than "this is Blight gamings viable business model going forward: ___________."
