A running "gag" was that he was going around sponsoring teams with his parents Credit Card. Not sure if there is any truth to it or w/e.

We have set up a marketing plan, 5 year business plan, set up meetings with Angel Investors and venture capitalists, devised a way to get a real ROI from gaming teams besides hoping to win 1st place prize and take 20% of winnings
Just quoted that from his letter and I'm curious as well as to what this really is.

This would be a great start to clearing your name.
This apology that you wrote is quite frankly garbage. Its nothing but fluff, you don't address most of the issues being brought up in this thread, it's littered with spelling errors (where is your staff?), and is really just poorly worded.
You have no proof that you are going to actually support your players or teams moving forward, so why should anyone believe anything BUT the past?
Really, from what I've been reading about your past contracts with your players, I'm surprised no legal action has been taken against you, and I really hope crane sees this for what it is and leaves the team. You need to stop this before you get yourself in serious trouble.

There are two LLC's with registered agents of "James Larsen", one is 'Aggregate Construction LLC' and the other is 'Section 8 Customs, LLC' registered in Auburn.
which one is yours?
Last time people pressured him on this and he clarified he ended up leaking/releaseing/revealing/having people find out his home address along with his parents names. Funnily enough they were the ones who signed the legal documents at the time, since he was underage then (He's definitely paying for this himself guys!!!). Was pretty silly seeing him scam and write people off and then personal information getting found.
While I don't encourage people to do anythingor use violence against anyone I definitely wouldn't mind pressuring him if he put someone like Crank in an unfortunate position.
That said, this whole thing is silly. About as silly as making the thread in the first place. If he was doing this correctly he wouldn't even be making stuff public, which you'd assume would mean he's professing his innocence; sadly, some people just don't use their brain very well. The language, tone, spelling, and grammar used in his "professional post" on his website makes everything pretty blatant though. He doesn't care. We should notify the correct people of his actions, get them to distance themselves if they're involved, and just ignore this poor soul who claims to be a part of human society.

Last Time I am going to post as things are starting to go round and round. Yes sorry my english isn't the best doesn't mean that it isn't honest.
"You have no proof that you are going to actually support your players or teams moving forward, so why should anyone believe anything BUT the past?" For awhile we are actually supporting our players to our teams and been slowly paying debts...
If you have any questions you can always add me on skype for more clarification. Our next player as well as a new sponsor will be announced shortly. I do ask you not email our sponsors as it doesn't help the situation. Please just let us deliver and rebuild our reputation through actions.

Just deliver - and the community might one day forgive you ... you should know by now that you have done too many faults to do one more and still be forgiven ...

So you need to be in business to rack up more debt to pay off debt... This makes no sense; you're just digging this hole deeper... Edited to add a couple more thoughts/clarification.
Nerdbuster isn't the most reliable source for information or basing your accusations on.
I don't know who this guy is or what he done but reading a lot of these posts makes me cringe. There are a lot of pathetic people who have no input other then insults and accusations.

I think it's incredibly telling that when you're pressed for details and specifics you decide it's time to dip out of the conversation under the guise of things going "round and round". It's a real shame that you treat this dialogue with such little respect even though it's the first step towards you actually gaining a modicum of our respect. Every single time you get backed into a corner you tell people to add you on skype and that you'll explain to them in person, which flies directly in the face of the transparency you claim to be striving for. You've done it in many of the chat logs linked here, and it just leads me to believe that you're comporting yourself in the same old way you always have, which is with little regard to planning, logistics, business sense, common courtesy or professionalism. You've got a long way to go before anyone here will support Blight gaming, and pretending like we're the problem isn't going to get you there.

If everything said in this thread is true, then the name blight is dreadfully appropriate.

I apologize if I quoted any inaccurate info since that was the only one available that had any connection to what he has said, such as having two LLC in Washington state, none of which are under his name, apparently...
Some accusations did come from me which may have been rude and presumptuous of me since I have no direct experience with him.
He states he has a marketing plan and business model to pay off all the debt he's accumulated until now, and honestly, I'm just curious to what that is just as some other people here in this thread.
Here is one observation though; He operated his business/team and accumulated debt until now, and he plans to continue business in order to pay off the debt while at the same time, he accumulates more debt by operating this business unless his new business plan works; it also sounds dependent on the fact that his meetings with angel investors and venture capitalists are successful...

See right there misquoting what he said it was in a Audio interview and he said he saw it on an online email transcript. Then again he had not posted any of the proof thus it's a running "gag"
If we shut down operations we can't pay off debt because we have source of revenue. Think of it this way, we have sponsors that pay say 1500 a month and we only use 1000 of that for players. We are not accumulating more debt we use the extra 500 a month to pay old expenses. Our current plan is slowly working well, we will be announcing another sponsor shortly that will help our teams. With this new company can work to progress quicker but if people email them it causes us to go backwords.

What the fuck? You use sponsor money to pay off your debt? LOL Jesus christ. Just get the fuck out.
p.s: closing down "blight" doesn't mean you don't have an ethical obligation to pay people back. Otherwise, you know, you can sort of go to jail. Especially when you even noted yourself people /do/ have the choice to sue you in some cases.

Why not make a dedicated thread to answer all the fifty questions you've been answering..? It also redirects the debate about your person to a new location instead of this thread. This new thread would include a personal statement, FAQ, (fifty asked questions), remorse, a plan to redeem yourself and some dates to verify the plan is working. This to validate your actions by the community to have a possibility of regaining some respect.
Yes the community will probably want follow your actions, based on passed results.. They probably will do so either way, better to let them see you're trying to right the wrongs than a continuation of your previous endeavours.

Sponsorship money isn't a personal piggy bank, and I think most sponsors would consider that a gross misappropriation of funds. You need to pay your debts with profit, not start siphoning off of money allocated for your team and players.
