I was in a social fraternity in college that had zero hazing. They advertised that there was none during rush week and held to it 100%. Unlike most of the other fraternities on campus that claimed something and still did shit, the group I found was honest.

The bonding that I found was because we were a close knit group of people. We were all different, but shared many of the same interests. This helped me make some of the closest friends that I had in college and meet people that I plan on keeping in touch with the rest of my life.

Not every fraternity is bad. You just simply need to know where to look.

For all you fucks out there (GDI) the word is fraternity not "frat" and if you think I'm not giving you respect by calling you a GDI well than look no further than when you call my fraternity a frat. Oh and yeah the real reason you join a fraternity is to make connections and what a social fraternities goal to do is to prepare its members for life after graduation. Also joining a fraternity means you're joining something bigger than yourself and making lifelong friendships. Oh yea when you say all fraternities do is party then well I guess you're wrong because I know my fraternity does a lot to raise money and help the community out. That is all, but the next time you want to call it a frat then don't get mad when I call you a GDI
