SC is already one of the most mannered gaming communities out there, a few bad eggs is hardly going to change that. And yet, Destiny still averages around 4-5k viewers, and IdrA around 9-10k I think? Obviously people are still watching and supporting them more than most other streamers, so I don't see what the big deal is. | ||

Although I'm not saying it's right, Quantic knew Destiny's way of playing the game, and how he acted through BM'ing others. He gets upset and says things, like everybody else. I'm sure you can find those VODs around on youtube somewhere and that'll shed some light on what I'm talking about. Btw I <3 Destiny. | ||

This really has a simple solution, if you are offended by what goes on during his stream then don't tune in and vote with your 1 viewership. | ||

I'm starting to think that NonY was right when he said we appreciate the drama more than we appreciate the game. The fact that there is always ~3,000 viewers for his stream, even though he is a low/mid-tier pro at best, is a testament to the fact that some people actually like his crude brand of humor. Let them have it. This exactly. I always thought it was funny how some of these streamers that are top tier players get less then 1k viewers. Look at Axslav for example. He isn't top tier just yet, but he's getting there. He explains exactly why he is doing things, why he lost and what exactly he is scouting/looking for and how exactly he plans on countering it. He is probably one of the more influential players out there for Protoss players. But now how many viewers does he get? I don't think I've ever seen him get over 1k viewers. Which is a shame since he is one of the better streamers out there. | ||
