When you mentioned what DJWheat was talking about on LO3, I would imagine he's talking about your a consumer, so if you aren't happy with something, don't buy or support it. I don't know for sure what he meant though, so I think I should highlight that. What you are doing however, is actively trying to destroy something you have no interest in, because you don't like it. If I didn't like gays, I wouldn't go and force people into having the same opinion or try and enforce rules on them, because that is fucking ridiculous. If you don't like something, grow fucking up, and take a step back. If it effects you, it is reasonable to take action. But considering there is a decent probability you have never watched Destiny for any length of time, complaining to his team and sponsors is absolutely fucking crazy. Team Liquid vouches for the streamer by featuring a streamer, or showing the streamer in a list. There is no denying that the remarks Destiny made are discriminatory. I think Team Liquid should penalize the stream by not showing it for a certain amount of time based on the offense. For example, not showing it for a week, month, etc. directly hurts the streamer. It does not directly hurt the team, or esports. So, in short: 1) Close threads like these immediately. 2) Evidence of discriminating behavior should be sent to Team Liquid and the team. 3) Team Liquid should place a serious penalty on the streamer by removing the stream from team liquid for a certain amount of time. | ||
