Flopping and drawing fouls are not, while disguised fouling and 3 second violations are against the rules as well. The point is KG does it more than any big man I've ever seen and it's preposterous that he gets away with it so much. I understand the idea of "taking what the ref gives you" but it's still stupid. If everyone could run moving screens as much as KG then we'd have a lot more dudes being ran over to set up offensive plays.

It's a foul and should be called and no one should be upset when it is, even if it decides the game. He's been given more than enough slack that it being called once isn't a travesty or unfair to the Celtics in any way.
