why ppl say blake has bad defense? looked like he spends a lot of effort on defense, maybe it's his technique in the defensive end not good enough? or maybe doesn't have the experience to deal with offensive moves of the players he's playing against? cause he's giving 100% in effort from the look of it.

lol speaking of good defense, cp3 was helping on the board trying to box out bigs inside lol

blake doesn't have bad defense, its just his wingspan is crap, and he makes up for it with athlrtic reaches and gets caught with fouls, this will go down with experience. blake also doesn't have good defense, as he is only in his 2nd year, and is one of the positions that has offense run through it, so he has a lot to learn. he is simply mediocre, to good at defense, but he should improve to good, or great depending on his learning curve.

Yea I have to agree, he gets so much crap for being bad on D but its never for want of trying so that pushes it to a mediocrish level, otherwise hed be terrible. Experience will push that higher.

that staring at refs and asking for fouls will go down to the more playoff experience he gets. Its already improved a marked amount in this series alone.

no, he really is bad defensively. It's more than just effort: It's misreading plays, being in the wrong place at the wrong time, not helping the helper, and just overall bad defensive awareness.

I usually give upperhand to teams with star players playing at their peak in playoff series (aside from NY) but i assumed clippers couldnt get it together just yet. Heres another proof that impact guys are winners. Even if Grizz win Clippers did way more than I expected
