Once again, he is being made an example of by being punished by what the law clearly states is wrong. The court will decide the severity of it based on the case not by some vendetta like objective to scare off all trolls. The real "example" of him being made is by making this case public. When the ruling comes then you can scream, "OMG THAT IS TOO EXTREME!?!" But until then, reserve judgement and just be happy that this moron is being punished for committing a crime.

Irregardless of the guy's act, Jessica needs to grow up. She can't expect everyone to always agree with her and for things to alays go her way - she needs to be able to take some criticism.
