If you only hate the fact that IdrA is bm then you can still just watch him play and forget about the other stuff, Orb doesn't have that luxury. They want him gone because they don't like the way he gets fucking excited? That to me is ridiculous. How is that being hypocritical? Orbs actions 24/7 reflect on EG whether or not he is casting. I work at a professional services firm. If I, off-hours, went and started cussing out people around the office and using racist slang, would I get fired? Yes.
The people who seem to be okay with this should try doing this in the real world and see what happens...

And if someone at the firm had a blatant lie that embarrassed the firm, he or she could expect to be let go or asked to leave.
Theoretically, if knowledge came out that I had verbally abused people prior to my employment, I'm sure my employer would not be very happy.
Honestly, this thing, as I mentioned earlier, would've been ok if Orb had owned up to his actions, noted that he's changed, and apologized. Instead, he chose to keep lying and make the situation worse. I don't know how this is defensible.
