The bully deserved to be killed. People like these are just waste of space.

Well, remember that new year Eve this year, a woman heard two men trying to enter her house; she called the police and they told her to wait that they enter the house and then shoot them. The police gave her legal fucking advice to kill the guys, instead of warning them she had a riffle or something.

One dies and the other one is charged with first degree murder although he obviously didn't kill anybody.

It's okay. Come right in. Take whatever you want. Oh, my infant baby? Sure, go ahead!

does it not occur to you that it would be pretty hard for the robbers to do anything if they'd taken bullets in the legs?

or is it just "DUUUUUUUUH THERES A GHUY BREAKING THROUGH MY FRONT DOOR... KILLLLLLL KILLLLLLLL MUWHAAHAHAAHAAAAAA PEWW PEWWWW IM A COWBOY!"

It's very difficult to aim at the legs on a moving target under such a circumstance. Or do you think everyone is a trained sharpshooter?

Why do you think police officers are trained to aim at the chest? It's way too difficult otherwise, and you'll just get yourself killed.

Do you realize the thieves ignored she was armed?

Nobody breaks into a house knowing someone is waiting them with a riffle behind the door.

She didn't know that they only had knives. If they had had guns and she tells them that she has one, that's putting her life in further risk. And even if they had heard she had a gun and they had run, they'd be a significant threat to attack her or someone else again in the future, and those people wouldn't be so lucky.

rofl at some of you for justifying this. he stabbed someone to death. HE KILLED SOMEONE. Bully or not he's a murderer, but its a dumb law and dumb laws are dumb

Are you really that delusional dear internet geniuses? If he was so forward thinking to bring of knife he should have been forward thinking enough to tell someone what was going to happen

I don't know. I don't like violence, but I ask myself if I think this kid would have killed someone if he hadn't of been threatened/attacked and my gut answer is no.

Also told someone? What "someone is going to hurt me" .... and then what? They're not going to arrest the bully -_-. Judge found it was self-defence. Which sounds to me like it was an unlucky swipe/stab with the knife from a frightened 14yo who shouldn't have been placed in the situation in the first place.

ok so the best solution to bullying is for the victim to murder the bully? calling names and throwing punches are on a much lower level than *stabbing and killing* someone

It's hard to feel sympathy for someone tormenting someone else and then dying. If it turns out that the kid who was being bullied deliberately set out to murder the other kid then obviously he's the villain. If he was forced into a horrible situation then I feel sorry for both him and the deceased.

That's the point. He didn't go out with a knife lookin to stab the bully. He was attacked and defended himself.

so if your son/daughter was bullying some kid at school, you'd be totally fine if the kid turned around and stabbed your son/daughter in the neck?

the kid consciously KILLED the bully with the intention of killing him. of course it occurred to the kid that he could scare the bully or injure the bully with the weapon, but no he kept the weapon concealed and then stabbed to kill.... like a cold-blooded psycho.

Some of the posters in this thread make me lose faith in humanity a little... a basic ability to read the events and make basic logical deductions really shouldn't be so difficult :<

Nobody deserves to be killed for bullying someone. Jose had other options to diffuse the situation, but he decided the best course of action was to stab someone to death.

Lol, yeah, tell yourself that.

And it does even matter.
Self defense is protecting you from a victim by the use of force.
Stabbing someone because your fucking angry, even when rightfully so, has absolutely nothing to do with self defense.

Probably the kid got turned into a psycho by the constant bullying... That still makes him a psycho.

except the part where in your story someone is getting candy stolen from them, which is a little less frightening than a house getting broken into during the middle of the night.

No, trust me. I can tell from across the internet.

You're comparing a non-violent crime in a well lit, public environment where the victim is a multi-billion dollar corporation and the cost is a couple dollars, to a violent pre-meditated attack on a small house in the middle of the night, where the victim is a widow and her infant.

I would be mad if my kid bullied someone. Besides, it was self defense. Being bullied for a year. That is really painful for that kid.

And honestly, if some d-bag just bullied people for years and no contribution to society, would you deem him worthy to live? Of course we should not judge who should live or die. That bully will prolly turn into some useless criminal in the end or just trash of society.

The bully deserved to be killed. People like these are just waste of space.

Nobody deserves to be killed for bullying someone. Jose had other options to diffuse the situation, but he decided the best course of action was to stab someone to death.

Yes. there are other options. But this was probably his last minute desperation attempt at not getting beaten up for no good reason for the unknown how many times of his life.

Seriously, its not like you can have a police bodyguarding you all the time.
You mean ESPORTS isnt a synonym for SC2? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ -Proud owner of a Filco Majestouch 2 with Cherry Blue Switches- BW or SC2? Why not both?

It's obvious to me that a lot of people posting here have been living in ivory towers. This kid was persecuted mercilessly for a year. If help was coming for him from the powers that be it would have arrived by then. If you are lucky enough to be living in a Utopia where no violence ever occurs, good for you. The rest of us are going to have to defend ourselves when attacked. I'm glad this judge made the right decision. Did this kid deserve to die? Of course not. Did he bring it on himself? Absolutely.
Endeavor to persevere.

That allows you not to fucking stab someone with a knive.

Yes, the kid probably had it rough... But the answer is not to fucking kill your bully.

Yea, seem like some people here don't really know how does life in the real world really works(this is a website full of nerds). This news only made news as it happened in a 1st world country.
