i have no idea what is wrong with the diet / mental health care options / parenting in the world but how the hell is this type of life even possible.

Its kind of funny, but looking through the videos the guy just antagonizes the kid to put videos on youtube so i feel sorry for the kid . Hes screwed up obviously but the dude with the camera is an ass for recording it for youtube.

I guess some people have a different sense of humor than others...

This kid is not going to have any way to get friends, is going to get ridiculed, and no confidence at all. And really, when someone is this young and messed up they have no way to improve.

Now this kid has to go on his life knowing that millions of people will see him being ridiculed in his underwear?
