EPT1. Download Cursor Lock
2. Install the Program
3. Open "Setup Cursor Lock"
4. Change it to User Mode (under the shortcut tab)
5. At the bottom tick "Lock Region" and make it Window Interior
6. Go the the Hotkey Tab and tick "Toggle Lock Hotkey" and input desired key combination
7. Then click create shortcut and save it where you'll find it
8. open the newly created short cut and then open starcraft2
9. the key combination will toggle wether its lock inside starcraft or not
