Sollte sich jemand für längere Zeit im Ausland aufhalten, so ist dies so früh wie möglich, spätestens aber vier (4) Wochen vorher, den Admins im Spielerrat mitzuteilen, um eine gemeinsame Lösung erarbeiten zu können. usually you have to live in germany. I'm not sure that would stand in a court decision as from the look of that it violates the principles of the Common market of the European Union (and yes there are plenty of cases regarding to sport where courts decided that those also apply in sports - with the exception of national teams of course...)

Why does this matter? Are are you having plans to go to court because of this? lol Also right now TLO is profiting from this rule, as he does not have to play against EU players like Mana or Sjow. If TLO had wanted to play a european league he could have played Black Dragon League. Therefore you shouldnt complain either when you leave the country and the EPS rule suddenly becomes a disadvantage to you.

I wonder where he would been now, if he just stuck with GSL for another season or two. T_T;; I am pretty sure he knows better than you what makes sense for him. And suicide? :D He would still play the exact same tournaments as if he was in Germany, apart from German EPS possibly. Only thing that would change is that he would have a different training environment. Also he might have personal reasons, that are none of our business.

Living in Stockholm is extremely expensive, more so than in Germany.

In Korea you move to Seoul, if you don't already live there, to play Starcraft. In Sweden, I guess we have small pockets like Inferno Online dedicated to e-sports, but I don't see how it will be able to sustain a pro gaming house. Yeah but still I can't think of any other city apart from seoul that has produced as many good players as stockholm (sjow, morrow, nani, jinro) so it makes sense in that regard. But I think housing is much too expensive in sweden for this to be viable anytime soon. I just understand the reasoning and I think it's always great to get gamers together in gaming houses, even if it's outside of korea. Look at EG, they have a gaming house set up in the US without any nearby tourneys worth mentioning and the reason they do that is simply because it's so beneficial for the development/practice of their players. Besides, we do have dreamhack and assembly.

For the more central places the prices should be around 2 000 000+. Second hand rental could be an option, but will probably cost at least 2000-3000 euro/month.

Doesn't sound like they would move their Korean squad to Sweden, my guess is that this would be a source of revenue for the team. Charge other players to stay there and train with TLO and others, get payment in return. Would support the website, and expand the team.

He will likely share the appartement with Dignitas players Sjow, Nani, Bischu and Merz (the last two in this case moving down from Norrland) with one of them possibly being replaced by mouz MorroW. Worth noting is that Praetoriani's ThorZain resides in Stockholm, and also the currently team-less MadFrog if I recall correctly.

(Bolded part) It very much depends on where you want to live, my aunt sold her tiny 1 room appartment in stockholm and moved back home, and she could afford most of the buildings that were for sale here near center of town. And some companies even offer you a big house, a big chunk of land if you go and work for them... It was very remotely located tho, only reason you would want to live there is if you're severly xenophobic, or you're working for said company and want to have less than 2 hours of commute each day. =)

Also, whats with the comment from TBO? court, really? #1 that would never work, #2 sport as an example? i dont think a team from somewhere else can play in the "bundesliga" why should you be able to sue? besides esl clearly states in its rules it can kick players for any reason whatsoever, so...
