But, you know, serious business aside, trash talk is trash talk. Words is just words. The Bird is taking ![]() ![]() =) Edit> I don't find it particularly bad that someone is a hypocrite, because every single human is one. And that's what's so ironic and funny about them. But no doubt Stork is being one hypocrite now, haha. Great OP =)

Surprised people on TL don't remember it.] and now he's being so blatantly hypocritical towards missing proleague. I used to like Stork before he tarnished my view of him with his IEF foreigner trash-talk, and now this. Yes, he's playing good Starcraft, but I just can't respect him any more. Must qualify this statement. Is this the interview you're talking about? When I heard them I was shocked. If they had played more safely they would have progressed, so it was disappointing they couldn't do so. I tried hard to play an adaptive style. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=104948

what is wrong with being a hypocrite? EVERYONE is a hypocrite at some point or another because we are all human. you're being a hypocrite by criticizing someone for being a hypocrite. what you call hypocritical, i call the right to change one's mind. whether or not he's being a hypocrite has no impact on the veracity of his statement.

What Stork is truly to blame is the fact that he obviously did not understand the amount of preparation necessary to dual league these days, as opposed to yester-years where players didn't practice 14 hours a day. So really, if you look at it closely, it's less about hypocrisy and more about spewing opinions that are simply wrong. Stork was wrong in that he shouldn't say things he has no clue about. Being a hypocrite requires that one does not believe in his words. I see no reason why at the time, Stork did not believe his own words. Actually he did, http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/details.php?section=korean&type=players&id=59&part=games&vs=all&league=any&map=any&from_year=2008&from_month=8&from_day=19&to_year=2008&to_month=11&to_day=2&action=Update there's the stretch when he was in Incruit. As you can see between the 21st and 31st of October he didn't play in any proleague matches, despite http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=94242 (click round 1 spoiler) showing that khan had a proleague match that went to the ace match on the 27th.

Ugh, how times have changed =( Let's not forget the time he was rigging games in WCG 2007 by dropping them on purpose vs foreigners to avoid facing another Korean in the early stages. Hell, I remember he even cheated in the WCG by using the stop obs trick over the turret, which was illegal, but he got away with it.

I'm pretty sure that the obs over turret trick isn't illegal in KeSPA sanctioned games so you can't really blame him for that

PvT is a pretty good MU until carriers pop out, then everything slows to. a. crawl. Not to mention they are ridiculously imba. P + Carriers > T T > P + Arbiters All in all it evens out to about 50/50

He's finally wisening up. When I read that interview where he talked about regretting wasting a whole year on WoW, I felt his mindset had changed.

I don't remember the details that far back then. But at that time, Khan actually had FBH/Jangbi at their peak. So Stork not getting sent out to Ace, or not even playing in some matches, is hardly a big deal. Usually one of them just take matches off because their overall lineup was so good. Also forgot that Stork even had GOM games, which I believe he didn't bother practicing for at all.
