It's nice to see someone not flash have some success for a while but I would really have prefered it to be anyone but stork :p

Think of it this way: Stork could choose to continue to play in PL for the team, but he could gave up his spot for another player to play against WeMade, and he wants to believe his team can do well without him for the day. Which they did. Sure, this may earn him some e-red points, but he's still a baller protoss player that entertains the audience with his play.

And that none of such players actually complain and show arrogance in their own house. I honestly find it more refreshing when players give their opinions on various subjects as they see them. I like interviews that actually give insight into players thought process regarding games, rather than just "oh, I'm glad I won as I practiced a lot and I did well in practice and I fought really hard." Seriously, who cares about those things? It's much more entertaining when I saw Stork laughing his ass off after stomping Kwanro's gay 2-hatch hydra and talk about how much of a noob Kwanro is for being cheesy. At least you know he has a personality.

You really think that seconds after match Turn's only problem was to save his friend Stork from teamliquid users, who dig out a year old interwiev with birdtoss Actually it is specifically said that they were aware that Stork are receiving a lot of flak from Korean Netizens and thus they felt the need to clarify that. Not saying that Turn / the team was covering for Stork just that obviously any flak that Stork receive here are magnified tenfold in Korean sites.

It doesn't matter if January decided to pull him or if he asked for the time to practice, based on the context of his old interview he should've demanded to play. Yes, Samsung won the match today, but they could've easily lost. Nothing is guaranteed and it only hurts the team to play without their best player. Again, go back and read my post. Stork never said when his schedule was full he still played. There is an error in the OP, something that wasn't in the original Korean interview was included.

I read the original Korean interview here: http://www.fomos.kr/board/board.php?mode=read&keyno=106476&db=interview&cate=&page=1&field=&kwrd and Stork never said "Back when my schedule was full, I prepared and play for both my individual and proleague games." The only thing he said was that based on flash's absence ("at a time when all teams are focusing on proleague," I admit this phrase seems to have a critical nuance of flash), stork thought maybe flash was lacking confidence that he could win in the proleague. And that he was disappointed that he could not face flash. Are you kidding or ignoring it on purpose. 나도 예전에 스케줄이 많을 때는 개인리그와 프로리그 모두 준비하고 출전했었다. Why don't you translate that ![]()

Besides he is such a baller that plays cellphone games. it's quite simple - his builds and their execution in every matchup are really close to perfect. he was always known - especially in PvT - for his flawless play throughout whole the game. it's not like he's just good at openings and all-ins, or just good in middlegame transitions, or just in late game macro. he perfected and understood whole sc:bw mechanics better than any other protoss in history ![]()

Didn't Flash apologize after learning Stork's comments?

Flash is the closest thing to perfection any SC player has been no matter the race, and he's far from being the most popular.

Flash is the closest thing to perfection any SC player has been no matter the race, and he's far from being the most popular. I don't wanna lose my time looking for interviews from last month, but in one there is much talk about that poeple really like to cheer for Protosses - no matter if it's Bisu, Stork or idk Kal, Toss race has been troubled for almost whole bw history. There almost always was time of Terran raigning, Zergs also had their moments, but when you look at Protoss lines in progaming, even the "Six Dragons Era" was really short and probablly ended as soon as maps changed to less favorable for their race. So yeah - i sure agree with you Flash is someone closest to perfection in sc:bw, but is his dominance and flawless play really such a "wow oh and ah" situation, when we used to call on one breath other bw gods that were terrans too - Boxer, Nada, oov and xellos? Zergs also had their prime times more often, thanks to Yellow, July, than Savior replaced soon after by the only JeaDong. And i think not only Protoss users are glad to see, that in times when Bisu and Stork used to be in the end of first ten KeSPA pros, they both (but Stork obviously better) suddenly show us something near to perfect Protoss play. I think most of TL users love Nal_rA, no matter if you Terran or SKT fan, you're just amazed by his invension and style. Now Stork has it - he's got very recognizable style that show us that toss doesn't have to be beatten all around. Finally P race become more complex and advanced.
