Thats why you should be careful in what you say to others in a interview . If you bash someone for a mistake or decision that he makes make sure you don't make the same mistake or decision as him it will just make you look bad . Frankly the shit he is geting is probably somewhat deserved after what he said to Flash who was working his ass of last season to keep up the results he was making . I have no sympathy for Stork right now . I don't hate him or anything for this , but at least now he should know a little in what situation Flash was last season before he makes a statement .
Also Flash even apologized to Stork or his fans ( don't know why he had to apologize ) , after he read Stork's interview , lets see if Stork is going to do the same .
Quoted from the other thread it gives my thoughts on the matter .

Where is the hypocrisy?! Stork was only sad because flash dodged him. Today Samsung played against Wemade (not KT!). Stork didnt dodge Flash or anyone and Samsung WON the game(KT lost because of Flash's absence). So what's the matter? Calm down people.

Well, Stork basically called out Flash in his previous interview, and said when his schedule was busy he still played. strongly implying that he would never do what Flash did. It doesn't matter if January decided to pull him or if he asked for the time to practice, based on the context of his old interview he should've demanded to play. Yes, Samsung won the match today, but they could've easily lost. Nothing is guaranteed and it only hurts the team to play without their best player.

Stop reading between lines, he never "strongly implying(ed) that he would never do what Flash did".

Back when my schedule was full, I prepared and play for both my individual and proleague games.
I think people infer it from this line. In my understanding and i think a lot of others, Stork is saying that even when his schedule was/is full, he is going to play for both. Of course it can be January's decision but its entirely plausible that Stork has not been fully focussed on preparing for his PL matches so that the best decision is to rest him. Of course the coach and teammates are going to cover for him to protect Stork and the team morale. But i can see why people are calling him hypocrites.

I can also see that from his interview a year ago that he express more dissapointment for the fact that he didn't have the opportunity to have a showdown with Flash rather than Flash skipping out on Proleague.

Stork shouldn't have called Flash and say that he would never ever do it. Still it is Stork and he has the right to do it. Flash dodged Stork who practiced for match against him and wanted to prove he can be beaten during time he was dominating and he lost the chance due to Flash skipping the match. I know it is stupid to say i would never do it and do it year later, but i really thing there is more at stake atm than Flash's fanboys vs Stork's fans. People make mistakes, learn to live with that fact. Also Khan won without Stork so not a big deal. If they lost, would be different story i guess...

He is saving the planets guys... that why he is so busy !! Give him a break Go Stork !!

What a fukin hypocrite. I used to like Stork, but now, I've really lost all my respect for the guy. I don't like Fantasty either, but I hope he beats Stork, even though Fantasty couldn't even stop a scouted 2 hatch lurker
|
Stork probably said those stupid things because he was dissapointed that he didn't get to face Flash after he prepared so well against him while Flash was busy preparing for OSL and MSL BoX series.
If you wanna prove that you can beat Flash atleast do it when Flash also prepares to beat you hehe

Hypocrisy only exists in a world where TIME doesn't exist.
People learn things and change their opinions and stances, otherwise we'd still all be immature little brats and never evolve.

don't really care, hope he crushes fantasy

I suggest you read interwiev after samsung last game, where Turn said + Show Spoiler +that it was coach January decision not to let Stork play today, because there were too many haters, who couldn't stand that khan can't win without stork's help well, i don't see a reason for him to lie about it

Shield from what? You really think that seconds after match Turn's only problem was to save his friend Stork from teamliquid users, who dig out a year old interwiev with birdtoss? I think that he knew how many fans go for games just for SBG and he wanted to enlight them, that it wasn't their idol own decision to skip the game. For Khan it's great they won without Stork in lineup. And for Stork it's great that he could rest a bit and not show his latest PvZ ideas by playing 2-3 games with Zerg heavy team just a day before much more important rematch vs Zero.

And Stork is the only progamr that answers that question honestly =/
