He meant in terms of tier, obviously. Now they're exactly the same.

BBBP is definitely being underrated. I think he'll do some more damage at the next GSL. Just needs to refine his strategies.

Someones been playing whack-a-mole with the ban hammer on this thread haha!
|
seriously, this man has inspired thousands of Terran on the ladder with their all-in cheese strat, I honestly have to give kudos for him
|
I've also come to admire TSL_Rain's cheese-style. His 3-rax marine/scv all-in at set4 on DQ against HungUnPrime was disguised as a 1-rax FE. BBBP's cheese-style is a straight-forward brute-force approach, but entertaining regardless!

i wana see BBBP do it to idra on ladder and first see how idra plays then how he reacts. lol.

You have to give Triple B some credit for his consistency.
Some players play for the fans, like Boxer and TLO.
Some players play to win, like Idra and Fruitdealer.
Some players play to win NO MATTER WHAT. That is BitByBitPrime. He plays with ruthless determination, never giving up what he believes in spite of the anti-fans and the nahsayers. He plays without the need to take consideration of the name of the map or even the race of his opponent. He plays without the need to take consideration of the feelings of his competitors or even the spectators. Indeed, BitByBitPrime plays for himself, for his own style and for his own victory.
Thanks to him, we have witnesses many variations of SCV all-in. Many of us did not believe it was possible to do a SCV all in in mid-game or twice in the same game. BitByBitPrime proved us wrong. He showed us the ways, the ways of cheese, and how to make it smellier.
Glory to his name.

Unfortunately for him, he is not class S. He has a long way to go to achieve that particualy with refining his strategies, and getting decent build orders that aren't all in EVERY game. All- ins are working currently in the game right now, but once people catch on i think its going to be tough for him (aka FD game)

guy's obviously a anti. nothing much to say about it. he would probably give BBBP if he went 4-0 in against FD in bo7

BBBP inspired me to stick to 1base play. I had started out with 1base play from day one but got discouraged and started playing more of a macro game. I found 1base play hard to pull off and everyone kept telling me it's "cheesy" and lame and not the way you're "supposed to" play SC2.
But seeing BBBP making it so far in the GSL was amazing. No longer will I play the way "the man" wants me to. I play the way I want to and the way that suits me the best, and I'll be damned if people try to belittle my wins by calling them "cheese." SC2 can be played many ways, and it's incredibly arrogant to dismiss one way to play and place upon a pedestal another. Get off your high horses and learn to play, oh, wouldn't that be the day. A win is a win, a loss is a loss. In fact, I've started calling macro-heavy opponents "macro cheesers" just to switch things up and let them see what it feels like to have your play-style dragged in the mud.
BBBP in my heart forever. Keep doing your thang and I'll keep doing mine! <3
Edit: does anyone know his battle.net account?

Pictures need to be updated. I went on here to check what he looks like again, and I was deeply let down .
|
yes, photobucket is terrible; ill update after finals
thanks for the bbbp supports
|
i'm edgy and everyone is hating on cheesy stuff so i'm posting here to be different
Seriously though, all-in strategies are a part of every good player's arsenal. Props to BBBP for finding a style that fits him well, and capitalizing on it, although I'd like to see him pull off some good macro play just to prove he can handle it before I can consider myself a fan.
Oh, and using some better timings on his random-ass pushes..
Haters gonna hate!

You guys cheering for this scrubbery are cancerous to the esports scene. It'd be like, if in basketball there was no shot clock, and one team just made the first basket, got the ball back then stalled out to win the game 2-0, and then you guys made a fanclub for the team that won.
BBBP got fucking embarrassed by fruitdealer, his horrible playstyle of unrefined arbitrary all-ins was made to look foolish, and the only reason people cheer for him is because they themselves are too intimidated by the notion of actually playing SC2 the way it's meant to be played, and so they cheer for the one guy that CAN'T play, that wins the same boring cheesey way that they win in their respective gold league ladders.
I'm well aware of the fact that this post is going to me banned, or at very least temp banned, but it's worth it. This needed to be said.

"The way it's meant to be played..."
Get off your high horse, sir.

This season I would call it a fluke. If he can cheese his way past players next gsl (who should see it coming) then he'll get my repsect.
