He did go against expectations. People flamed him for it. If Ret, or Jinro did it, people wouldn't flame. LOL

He really showed us all that we weren't all-inning hard enough. Although I wish he threw in at least one macro game just to throw his opponents off, maybe we'll see that in the next GSL.

LOL i just love how people just can't keep themselves from badmouthing even though they should know theyre getting banned for it. Don't call me a fan but I'll at least say this: "don't hate the player, hate the game".

I mean its clear so far in the game that zerg late game is unbelieveably strong, so finishing it early is a very smart stratagy

He is the bobby fischer or Josh Waitzkin of sc2. Attack attack attack attack. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

BBBP didnt apologize for his play like an idiot; there is no reason to apologize for winning
BBBP FIGHTING
재발 이겨주새요!

Pictures are broken.
edit: Are they just pictures of SCVs walking in a line toward someone's base?

Yes i exceeded the bandwidth, ill reupdate as soon as possible

I want to be a fan of bitbybit too but I don't want to upgrade to pro today!

Er...Waitzkin maybe, but Fischer is a terrible example. Tal or Morphy is closer, but still far more credit than I think BBBP's play deserves. He does one thing and he does it very well. Fischer did everything well

Im still waiting for the day i get 4-gated with all the probes brought along, not that it will be a pleasant day or anything though.
Anyways BBBP plays to win so you have to respect him for that at least even if you don't like his style.

Like I said in the previous, ill-fated thread, you have to have a certain begrudging respect for this guy.
Anyone can all-in once or twice, or the majority of the time, but it takes just an impressive amount of dedication and/or stubbornness to simply do it 100% of the time. To the point where you're not just predictable, you're known for it. To the point where it actually becomes a flaw in your play (like against Fruit Dealer, who knew it, expected it, reacted to it, and won). To know that everyone knows exactly what you're going to do, and then go ahead and do it anyways?
Mad props for that, especially in a high-stakes tournament like this. I'd be dishonest if I said that if I was as good as he was at all-ins, I wouldn't do it at the GSL. I can't say he's good for esports, but it'd be way entertaining (not to mention amusing) to have this guy around for future GSLs and serve as some kind of all-in landmine to test GSL players at rush defense.

That's definitely a legitimate way of looking at it.
Is BBBP ever going to WIN a major event playing like this? I'm comfortable saying "not in a million years", but he does serve an important role as a skillcheck and to keep other players honest in their abilities.
As long as BBBP is around you will need to be able to defend against a Marine/SCV all-in if you want a realistic chance of winning tournaments he's in, even if you're only in his bracket 1/3rd of the time that's still an automatic loss for one in three major events you enter.
BBBP is more of an entrance exam than a competitor, and he's serving to immediately improve the quality of play in Zergs more than Jinro or IntoTheRainbow for example. Jinro might be a better player, but BBBP is itching to make sure Zerg players will never lose to a marine/SCV all-in again.

Although i disagree with some of this, i agree that BBBP is a test to see if they can achieve Sclass or not

You've never had a 3 gate + 3 voidray + 20 probes allin done to you? You're a lucky man.
It was impossible told off before the void nerf, now it's still very hard, harder than 4 gate to hold.
I hope blizzard gets their head out of their ass soon though and gives T an incentive to get tier 3 units like raven or BC

Wait... why is the raven a tier 3 unit? It's just like a banshee

Banshee: A high-DPS air-to-ground flying unit with the ability to cloak when researched.
Raven: A flying, detector spellcaster with auto-turret, point defense drone, and and seeker missile when researched.
Exactly the same, right?

I have heard cool lost, so i guess his game vs BBBP was a fluke

Lol! Ban-trap?!? Anyhoo, I'll wait for next year before I comment on BBBP.
