Shakuras Plateau Steppes of War Jungle Basin Good first map, not so good other 2. If he can win on steppes that would be amazing. I bet he removed lost temple and xel'naga.

Also, Fruitdealer playing a ZvZ for his opener. Has he had to do any of those on GSL before? Can't recall. Edit: Sen's ZvP maps, for the record, are Steppes of War, Delta Quadrant, and Blistering Sands.

The 2 most terrible Zerg maps in the pool, Steppes and Delta as the first 2. And a quite bad one as 3rd it could get tough for Ret too, but i like his play on LT and Jungle isnt that terrible and 3rd is metalo. Though close positions might be trouble. idra should be good if he doesnt die to cheese in game 1. Jinro will make it trough!

From Liquipedia Map elimination: * Ro64~Ro32, Both players pick 2 maps they want excluded from the pool, then the maps are randomly chosen for each set. * Ro16~Ro8, Both players pick 1 map they want excluded from the pool, then the maps are randomly chosen for each set. * The players will not have any authority to eliminate maps in the Semifinals and in the Finals.

Both players thumb down 2 maps and then they randomly select from the remaining blizzard maps. I assume you haven't watched the first two seasons?
