It really seems like it would just be better to delegate the tedious process of adding streams to more than one incredibly hard working person. I mean you can't expect Chill to be happy about spending more time adding streamers than the streamers will into their actual streaming process. Especially given the failure rate of streams on TL at the moment. It is pretty amazing reading through this thread and seeing so many first posts used to advertise their streams.
That being said I understand that a lot of people really enjoy streaming, and say if one in 10 or 50 become valuable streamers that can pull 500-1000 viewers, then it kind of is worth it for the community. Although if I was Chill I'd feel like shit if I went back through the thread and saw how many people didn't even stream after being added.
There definitely should be a discussion thread about changing the rules, but post-count dependent really isn't the way TL operates, the only time constant posting is acceptable is in Live-Report threads and it's pretty obvious who's just posting to increase their post count.

I think that while we try to value all people regardless of their post count, like you said, you'd have to be a pretty calm and understanding person to be able to add streams even when those streamers either fail to stream at all or give up streaming after a short period of time.
And while having lots and lots of streams is great for variety...in a way I almost feel like it degrades something. Not entirely sure what is though. :/
So I guess I take back my previous statement on post counts, because I agree that even low posters have had streams that a lot of people seem to enjoy.
Perhaps a system that flushes out streams that have been inactive for too long? :/
Though even that seems unfair because some people might have computer problems that keep them from streaming.
I'm just rambling now. :/
