patch is up on EU, but the servers themselves however are still down for maintenance according to the login screen. also there were no patchnotes which is also strange

Can't log in. "Battle.net is down for maintenance".

I can't use any of the single player hacks either, it requires authentication. Also there's a blinking icon next to the options on the main menu.

You can't. You can only choose from the predetermined sets which are the same as before. Full customization of hotkeys is still not here. Unless I just can't for the love of god find a way to do so, I've been spamming the shit out of my mouse and keyboard but can't change any of them.

There however is quite a few changes in the options, there's a way to turn off violence which apparently reduces blood ingame and in cut scenes and also makes terran units always die in the same way independent on what killed them.
