Given your outdated Myspace information, I can make the correct calls and inquires to trace your movements. You have old landlords, old bills, and old contacts. Once you relocate your trail does not disappear. Trust me I was off the grid for almost a year. There is a dead end based off that info. But anyways yeah my current city is listed in the TL Community thread and my real name is here. The world has gotten too paranoid. In fact you can gain more info from me by walking into my work and spending 5 minutes talking to me. I give out my full name, city & main crossroads where i live, and if asked will tell you the make of my car. You can spend your whole life in fear or spend your life living life. I prefer the second. I think you would act differently of you were a women Haha yeah, he'd [insert sexist joke here]!!!

I met the guy, he's cool and doesn't deserve this, but I FULLY support the fact it is happening... blizzard needs to realise how retarded this is, even if the only way this can happen is if employees of theirs get doxed. When I get home I can post the chan img of how to get every piece of info about somebody from just their name through various public info sites.

You willingly post on the forums knowing that your name will be revealed. Forum is a privilege, not a right. costumer service forums? tech support? sometimes you have to post.

Yeah i'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this. If they didn't implement this then trolls would be tied to their account, and if their account got nuked they'd have to buy another cd key and make a new account. So now, if this gets implemented they.. troll just on a fake name, get banned, and have to buy another cd key and make a new account with a fake name.. What's the difference really? Not seeing it. Maybe it's intended for the general atmosphere of the WoW / SC2 forums to deter part-time wouldbe trolls and such. Seems more plausible. But still not practical.

Please don't try and tell me the odds of a burglar breaking in your house to rob it are as low as the scenario you are all laying out. Cause I GUARANTEE you have a MUCH better chance of getting your shit broke into than a b.net forum rage nerd flying several states if not multiple countries to hunt you down based off of material they found online. You realize based off the info you guys got off my name you would be looking for me int he wrong city right? quote]How about your medical and legal information? Maybe you wouldn't even care about those, but a lot of others might. It's not hard to think of a scenario where you can completely fuck someone over by releasing that information. And believe it or not, there are gamers who can get that info. And don't think all of those people are going to be mature or responsible (although they should be).[/QUOTE] What do you want to know. I suffered from a ruptured spleen in second grade and had it removed. I than had a Slipped capital femoral epiphysis when I was 19 and had 3 surgeries to correct it. One was the cutting of my femur in half to reposition my leg. I suffer from chronic arthritis from having my leg cut in half and all so I am a medicinal marijuana user. Other than that I only have had minor bumps and bruises over my life and that's my cliffnotes medical history. What more you want?

My phone still isn't ringing and there is no pizza at my house. I still win. You know nothing other than shit I could care less if you know. Btw my Teamliquid profile actually is going to be your best source of knowledge. I still win. To those people I say "learn how to adjust your privacy setings." You are pretty savvy with internet privacy there are thousands that arent also ignoring the massive facebook privacy fuckups recently. Having said that though I wouldnt go getting involved in too many fights or that love for "violent games" and MMA may be useful information for someone. I could find your Twitter account, your MMA blog and your TL account which would then lead onto your ustream accounts and casts. I also appear to have found a picture of your parents house. That was found pretty quickly and you know what you are doing though I would advise not using the same identifier everywhere.

You're OK with sharing your name, that's great! Not everyone is though. This is going to be a big hit to the community that they're trying to build. They are going to lose far more people than they will gain with this recent change.
