search 1a2a3a in google, and see the thread I posted about this exact topic when I was just a wee little newbie on Teamliquid, it is the first result.

I'm still embarrassed about it.

it refers to attack moving in starcraft broodwar. the numbers represent control groups, and the a represents the shortcut key for attack. when you 1a2a3a, control groups 1-3 of your units will attack move (move to, and attack enemies en route) to your desired destination.

its also a saying thats often used to representing attacking in general, or to allude to an easy win.

ex. "protoss is the easy race, all they have to do is 1a2a3a"

I can't believe you made a thread for this. Searching Google before you make a thread can save you so much time and possibly a ban as some people may assume you are trolling.

Anyway in Starcraft, A is used for 'Attack' and 1-6 etc are used for hotkey groups. So 1a2a3a suggests you are attacking with multiple unit groups. Usually angry nerds use it as an insult and suggest you have no skill and the only way you win is by massing units and just clicking A at the back of the opponents base.
