Nadagast: "DTs are OP(overpwoerd) as fucked grats" Being a Toss player you really just wouldn't understand how frustrating it is as Terran to have cloaked units that hit like a ton of bricks running a muck on the map 2 shotting half your units. They just straight up end games if you aren't prepared properly... THEY ARE PERMANENTLY INVISIBLE, you don't see this as inherently difficult to deal with? Anyways.... I think he was eluding to your convenient exploitation of their abilities and his lack of preparation. You can't always be sure if they are coming out either if they deny your scouting, hide the tech, etc. I guess my real point is just don't take it personally. | ||

So that I contribute something, Eri really outplays me here (I made tons of mistakes, but I guess the game would still be pretty entertaining). I felt it was pretty close...ignore me going bonkers in the chat, I never mean it and rarely do it  2v2 PZ vs PP Now this was pretty fun...I play with my IRL friend here (he sent me the invite so we play 2v2 AT a lot, we started playing SC1 together like 10+ years ago tho he quit really early) and I joke about the dual P going 2x proxy 2 gate just 'cause they would have no chance otherwise (we decimated every PP team we faced up to this point, weren't many of course) - and they do it , and I fail to scout it until it's too late. I guess you can figure out the rest, it isn't too high level but definitely fun to watch Hm, weird, every decent game I have to make some retarded comment in the chat, this is quite uncommon  There should be one more (older) replay that I can't find atm, and (SHAMELESS BRAG INCOMING) I should get my friend to dig my win vs BratOK up for me (I played that game on his comp at his place). | ||

I have NEVER lost a game in which the protoss player opened with DTs in SC2 (*might* have to eat my words on this but I don't remember any losses to it at any rate). You always have scan, and you usually have EMP, plus the raven is easy to make when you need starport tech anyway. In SC1... sure, DTs can be annoying. In SC2? They need help man =[ Either the Archon needs to actually have some kind of useful function vs Terran, or they need to scrap the Dark Shrine and merge DT/HT tech into the archives like it used to be in SC1. | ||

Heres a game I played today. It's on desert oasis, PvT, we're both platinum. It's pretty interesting, lot's of intense moments, dropship play, island expansions etc... Me and my opponent both have pretty bad macro, but apart from that its a really interesting game which I think would be enjoyable to watch. | ||
