No he's not. Luxury is not in a class by himself when it comes to ZvZ. It's Jaedong and then Zero/Savior/Luxury (typically). The main problem with ZerO is that the bastard is so freaking streaky that he sometimes plays AMAZING and then plays really BAD.
That ELO peak was awhile ago and means pretty much nothing.

Lux's muta and ling micro so far outclass zero and savior, that it wouldn't be close... and he dismantled zero harder than zero dismantled savior. Savior should definitely have been mentioned in that second tier from his previous days, but right now his muta micro just isn't enough to hold up on its own.

ZvZ is about more than just muta micro, even though Savior may not be on the same level as Luxury or Zero (on a good day) he's still probably 4th or 5th ZvZ around. I mean, aside from those 3 who's better? Maybe some combination of Hyvaa/Calm/Effort? People make it out like he's completely washed up in ZvZ because of one series loss, but aside from that his recent performance in the matchup hasn't been half bad.
