But as this game showed, it's pretty much impossible. Arbiters have so much HP that generally turrets won't deter recall. And you have to be damn good at multi-tasking to keep EMPing.
The problem is that the protoss can keep pressuring w/o fearing reprisal if they screw up. Because the terran ball can't be everywhere at once, while arbiters just rule the map.
