I watch mine through GomTV Player.

This link: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=52741 helped me set up everything. When you look at the TV listings part of the player their should be a banner that says MSL Finals in the middle of the page. Right above that is a bar that changes times and programs. Click the play button when it shows 17:00 MSL and it should opent the stream. It can get a bit laggy and frustrating at times though.

Jaedong's weakness is special strats and cheeze builds. A majority of the games he lost were due to them; in fact most of them.

Jaedong has lost 11 games since his win over Kal in the MSL final. His ELO peak was around that time as well so he was on top of his game. Of those 11 games 6 were due to either special strat or a very imba map. Losses vs Ruby, Casy, Backho, and Bisu were due to a cheeze/special strat. (Similarly he before lost once against Best and 5 times to Flash including GSI, 2 of them against metal). So out of the past 11 games 4 were due to strat, 2 were due to imba map Tiamat, and 5 (less than half) were straight up losses against Mind, Hwasin, and Oversky.

ForGG must cheese or do a metal build like Idra suggested to win. He has strong straight up play but his chances are much higher if he takes the special strat route. I remember how he pulled out a sunken bust against Kwanro in PL finals. That game was as important as any game in this upcoming final so I believe he has the mental capability of successfully pulling off a cheese. If he goes metal on Colesseum, does the 4 rax quick grade on Tiamat (like Hwasin) and tries a sunk bust in another game, he has a good chance of winning. (Btw Jaedong lost to a sunk break against Frozean before). If he playes straight up, he will not beat Jaedong. Jaedong's play is just untouchable right now. Lomo did the right thing by Buk rushing and sunk busting Jaedong in the GSL. ForGG must follow suit.

Hopefully Jaedong will be pretty well-prepared for the possibility that Forgg is going to try these strategies. Tiamat to me, looks almost unwinnable against a well-prepared and executed terran strat.
Didn't most people think Timat favoured zerg because of all the potential flanks? Its 4-0 record is not really indicative of it being imba, the terrans just played better than the zergs in all those games.
Can you dig it?

i think it's really tough midgame, mutas don't seem to work and the zerg 3rd seems really exposed. hard to say with such a small sample size, though

i think in order for jaedong to take this, he needs to be more defensive. other than that, i can see sunken breaks and cheese everywhere. when he goes to defensive stance and gets to late game, no matter what ForGG does, i doubt he will be able to catch up.

Clean Sweep by Zerg. MSL, OSL, and the GOMTV Classic. You heard it here first, that is, unless someone else mentioned it here beforehand .

I see quite a few people saying things like this, but I can't disagree more. Any advantage one of them has the other has as well in relation to their 'team factor'.

The maps are going to be hands down the largest non-skill related issue. I think Jaedong is going to win for sure. I think there will be at least one game where Jaedong more-or-less humiliates fOrGG by straight up outplaying him.

I'm disappointed that Flash lost (convincingly) to fOrGG... I think Jaedong vs Flash would have been much more enjoyable.

speaking from competitive experience (though i'm not sure how well fighting games translate over to starcraft), familiarity fosters parity.

players are more likely to either consciously or subconsciously pick up flaws in their opponent's game, or susceptibilities or weaknesses that the opponent is unaware of. in smash bros, at least, it meant my friend, who i by far outclassed, still went 50/50 or better with me when i wasn't trying my hardest, and it meant i could occasionally perceive certain habits or patterns in the play of the best player in the world, even though he far outclassed me.

however, the level of play of jaedong, and starcraft, is so beyond what i know that it's possible there's nothing in his game forgg can exploit that he's already not aware of. i guess we'll see!
