It's all good man I'm happy to see a great back and forth game. Light did really well to hold on and be patient until Best mined out. Great job to light.

I really wish best had research like hallucination just to force a recall into 1 o clock when he had that large bank. Also did anyone catch what upgrades the carriers were at?

ghost nuke with cc to cover the ghost and scv repairing, i thought was the only one thinking of it

this match kinda reflects why this map is bias in favour of terran in tvp and why best was tempted into going carriers, godamnable chokes and cliffs..

I know Carriers had 3 shield when he started making them. Not sure what the other upgrades where though. I know his ground was 3-3-3. I really thought Light was dead when Best was destryoing bases over and over with a 10k bank.

Best almost had the game after destroying Light's main base. But Light still had his full army and the 1h base. And you know when a Terran goes full turtle it's almost impenetrable. Pushing his ground army into that 1h would be suicidal. Going Carrier is a viable option but by the time Best got enough Carriers, Light already rebuilt all the Factories.

Perhaps the better option is to research Hallucination and fly in with 10 Arbiters and destroy the 1h base.

This kind of games just reiterate the concept of Tesagi at the highest level for me. No other races can be put into such a disadvantaged position and still able to turtle so hard into winning like Terran.
