Rules:
- ICCUP Competitive Rules apply: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/Competitive_Rules
- All games must be played on latest SC:Remastered patch, on US-West. You must be in channel "op HaveAtYou" at all times between games. Default Turn Rate of 16, unless both players agree to a higher/lower level.
- Map pool: [DRAFT] Circuit Breakers 1.0, Neo Sylphid, Match Point 1.3, Andromeda 1.2, Longinus 2.0
- Game 1 will be on Neo Sylphid
- Game 2, G1's loser picks
- Game 3, G2's loser picks
- 1st Round DQ is after 15 minutes, subsequent rounds are after 10 minutes.
- All rounds at Round of 16 and before is Best of 1
- Round of 8 until Finals are Best of 3
- We will be casting these games LIVE as such if an admin flags your series to be cast YOU MUST LET CASTERS INTO THE GAME
- No Random.
- No BM. This is totally up to my discretion and I don't care to really make a large ruleset here. It's my tournament and I don't want people being trolls or assholes. Some people will get warnings, some will get outright banned. If you don't like it, that's a shame.

Have At You Patch Notes 29
- Battlefy over Smash.gg - Smash.gg had fun map pool modes, but changing the maps was cumbersome. They also would change it for all other Brood War tournaments and made a big stink whenever I wanted to change it. I had to register a tournament, wait for them to activate it, and there were just so many bugs. I really enjoyed the idea they had, but it didn't flesh out correctly.
- Game 1 with Set Map - Again, this is because I can't have a complex pick/ban system and arbitrating players doing it themselves is too much work for this small of a tournament.
- Matcherino / Donation-based Prizepool - I'm working on seeing if I can come up with a patreon. Matcherino was fun and I may go back to them if i can figure out a better way to get more static prizepools. The problem I found with matcherino was how variable it was. I want to provide a stable expectation of a prizepool. I hope with a patreon and people chipping in $1-$10 a month, I can provide a more understood prizepool before a player gets into the tournament.
- Time change - 10:00AM for me on a sunday morning was just too early for me to enjoy it. I had to wake up way earlier to get everything ready, and BSL/BWCL kept moving time slots that conflicted with Have At You. That was too frustrating to deal with but I know they didn't mean it in malice. I decided to move to NA hours because it's about time we had a solid NA weekly series again. I want to help promote that scene. However, I'm still not region locking simply because of the overhead it costs.
As always, I am open to constructive feedback on these changes.

That's a great idea, it will be easier to contribute without keeping track of every event thread

I actually kinda like the map pool, seeing Andromeda in there is weird, but I think the map isn't all that bad overall.
Too bad I can't play this weekend. Plans on when #30 will happen?

Honestly for HAY other than swapping Circuit Breakers for something else I'd pick maps like Schamtoo has.

Map pool is pretty good, surprisingly. Andromeda is old school, but it's alright. If that's the one "weird" type of map, it's a good weird map, if that makes sense...

There are a lot of maps that are not terran favored. Gladiator, Overwatch, Match Point, Heartbreak Ridge, Neo Aztec and so on.
Andromeda is pretty decent map for terran, but I don't like this map to be added due to the mining path.
You can also check out ASL season 3 that they used the updated Andromeda map version.

Using andromeda 1.2 instead of 1.0 because of mineral pathing issues seems like a good change. (I assume scan is correct, no reason not to. ) I love andromeda personally, it's a 'funky macro map' and there aren't that many of those.

I like the smaller prize pool. Gives koreans less incentive to stay all night just to bash foreigners week after week.
