Hello, BW fans around the world.
Last week, TEAM ZERG finished TEAM TERRAN's hope to final.
Soulkey crashed 3 terran players in a row, and carried TEAM ZERG to the FINAL.
This week, the final match of KRS season 4 between TEAM PROTOSS and TEAM ZERG is waiting.
Each team will made up of the best 4 race players of the season.
Winning team members will get 1,000,000KRW(about 1,000 USD) each as prize.

The All-Kill prize is now 1,800,000KRW(about 1,800 USD). (If there is no AK player, winning team will get the prize)

Gonna be hard for team protoss, that zerg team is crazy good. Not impossible, but difficult!

Looking forward to it, great lineups

Wow. That's a cool, big price pool for the finals.
Hopefully Best gets an AK again.
Can't wait!

Managed to get the stream up and running using the TL player. Still have occasional lag issues (which I can't fix, unfortunately), but it shouldn't be too noticeable. Will jump in Game 2 with some English commentary.

Looking forward to your commentary mate!

I have to say an amazing game by snow, but it was not enough. How much do you have to do to beat a zerg?! lol
|
What are they screaming about?
|
Don't know korean. But I bet it's about P spawning top right against bottom left zerg on Luna. It is like the worst you could ever get.
|
They keep showing the gaping holes in the wall, too
|
2 zealot 3 probe block! out of ~8 lings ~6 got in anyway
|
Aaand 8 more get in. By the way, your cannons don't protect your natural mineral line, either.
|
Nice attempt with an unscouted ranged goon timing while zerg was throwing down spores. Could work, except almost all of the scourge connected with sairs and mutas cleaned up most of the ground...
|
This Zerg team is too much.
|
Now Best just has to all-kill the best 4 zergs
|
|
Luna should've been vetoed.
|
Nice DT harass but it won't be enough. I was hoping Best could take at least a game off.
|
EffOrt is amazing, such an awesome guy!

Much shorter games than expected, but good to see effOrt back in fighting form. I think he's still far from the pristine play of Bisu, Flash, or even Larva, though. A lot of the play in the series was very sloppy with several serious mistakes (losing a ton of drones to storm drops and DTs), but the outright aggression in the early game managed to give him an edge and keep him going into the late game without dying.

This is kind of nitpicky, but Effort's very style means it's a lot harder for his play to look pristine. It's by design though. Flash plays with the philosophy "I want to create a type of game where I will make 3 mistakes and you will make 12". Effort's is more like "I want to create a type of game where I will make 30 mistakes and you will make 45". The latter will generally *look* worse but both are super effective if you can actually pull it off.
Some might argue Effort's style isn't stable enough, but like Flash's style, he's made it work to great success even though no one else can really copy it. He hasn't had as much success as Flash of course, but Effort's one of the few players in BW history with >60% winrates in every matchup.
Bisu doing chaos PvZ and still looking pristine might be the most impressive thing from a pure aesthetic standpoint to watch in all of BW.
