Yes, the ASUS and Games On are the same thing, it is an offline event that will be held on Prague, it is only for cz/sk players.
When in doubt, you can reach the organization of the tournament by clicking on the support option and then sending a ticket (just add a title and a subject, don't change anything on the dropdown menus).

While things are listed as fixed, we never know when they may break again. So it is safer to leave them on the rules. Here you can find details on the cargo glitch:

Hullo, I signed up this morning but seem to have disappeared from the player list. Have I been replaced?
EDIT: I changed my country from NZ to UK this morning also as I haven't used my ESL account in years and moved to UK ~4 years ago; I'm in Europe I promise :p
