I'd ask Shieldbattery if they'd take you if you'd rather play there than on Mourning Wood, but I don't know what you mean by "active". But seeing as you're on the Shieldbattery server maybe you could practice with them.

Also I'm trying to avoid having two teams not show every week. StarKraft Mac&Cheese has showed up week 1, had partial rosters week 2 & 3, and did not show up at all week 4. I'm not sure if they plan to show for the rest of the tournament. El Estarcraf did not show up for 3 weeks. 10/12 teams showing up is still pretty good for a Brood War league (esp considering ICCup nation league had a semi finalist for prize money not show lol) but that means 4 out of 6 teams play every week and 2 teams get a walkover. I'm trying pretty hard to mitigate that situation and have it, at worst, 5 out of 6. I have already seeded the matches and I do not think I can accommodate for two teams dropping out and rearrange the seeding easily. But I don't want to force people on a team they don't want to play on. If the players on Mourning Wood would rather be picked up by other teams, I can remove that team and they can be open to other teams. But as I said, don't expect to get on a team that actively practices together and has a full roster show up every week, as those teams are not having attendance issues.

But, before I end with that, I think a perfectly valid "counter-argument" (if you want to call it that) is to ask me, "Aren't you winning so far?" and yes, that is true, but it's also because of the very simple fact that we work really well together (I wish you could see our team melee games so far, they've been awesome) and that the other teams basically were in the same boat as me in regards to their understanding of the rules for eligibility. So the players we've faced have been more or less very close to our level, and we've had some close calls, and a bit of luck.

Also, hats off to all the teams we've faced so far. Our team has had our moments where we've facepalmed at our fails, but overall, we're just having good, clean, family-fun and keepin' it G-rated. Sometimes we go PG if we've had a few too many mountain dews.

Also just so no one has any surprises, here are some roster changes so everyone knows I know, etc.

herbmon is on Whites and Chinks
idegelchik (his offraces only) is on Holy Wheelbarrow Alliance
SCC-Faggot (his offraces only) is on Dog Manner
ArchdukeZeph is on Shieldbattery
Bestduck is on Starkraft Mac&Cheese

These players may play starting today. Also I've been contacted by someone on Mourning Wood saying they will probably not show, so unfortunately my attempt at covering up a leaking hole didn't work as planned. I'm not quite sure on the specifics but everyone on Mourning Wood is welcome to play on other teams even as soon as today. Please get in contact with me in the next hour, otherwise I can help you guys find a team for next week. So far we know Shieldbattery is actively looking for members and I'd like to set you some people up on that team ASAP.

Also I find it a little annoying that we were denied a 6th player because some teams only had 4 players on them for that logic (aka why aren't these players joining AoV or other teams that need players more desperately)
