No, the most a pylon can fit on its top/bottom is either one Gateway/Stargate, or two of the following: Shield Battery, Forge, Photon Cannon, Cybernetics Core, Robotics Facility, Observatory, Robotics Support Bay, Citadel of Adun, Templar Archives, Fleet Beacon, or Arbiter Tribunal. The cannon is too far away, as it is more than a matrix away from a possible Gateway to the Pylon's south.
