Does eligibility reset each round? He played BW in Round 2, but it's currently Round 3 so I'm not sure what he's going to play.
He played BW last game in R3 so he has to play SC2 today. Well, his form really really great right now in both games though (I still wonder how he practices), winning against two GSL players in WCS Preliminary, then proceed to qualify for WCG Korea, and that's not counting his beastly BW run in both SPL and OSL.
EDIT: Scratch that. I read Stork's name as Jangbi name T T

Are you sure it was R3? I'm looking through Liquipedia, and the last and only Khan game in R3 was on July 31, and it doesn't seem like Jangbi played that day.

Both players getting their 3rds up at the 9 and 3. Turn throws away a few tanks carelessly. Turn does have a slightly earlier Starport, but is in a supply deficit.
Flash pushing forward a bit. Dropship out for Turn. 2 starports out from Flahs.
Flash's pushes proving very formidable. 2 Science Vessels out from Turn, but Flash has a handful of Valks and Wraiths. Flash inching closer to Turn's 3rd at the 9.
Flash killing off his own Valks to free up supply. Turn tries to push to the bottom right but Flash picks off his only Goliath and forces Turn's tanks to retreat.
Flash kills off that push. 155 to 121 supplies Flash to Turn.
Turn trying to push through the middle of the map. Vultures run by and start slaughtering SCVs at Turn's 5th at the 6. Flash building tons of Starports.

Turn went cc first and Flash went 1 rax cc. I think Turn went 2 fact fast armory and Flash went 3 factories after they took their naturals
I wonder if flash made it in to tving osl finals would have given us a much more better show than fantasy ... Than again maybe it's fate that the game ended this way .

Pool first from RorO. Stats going for a standard Forge FE. Zerglings running across the map towards Stat's base. Cannon is up in time, but the Lings achieve a run-by and start being annoying in the main.
RorO going for a doom drop into Stat's 3rd. The Nexus goes down. Stats barely holds off the drop with some nice storms. RorO rallying in tons of stuff to the front of Stat's nat.
Another Stats drop sniped by Scourge. Stats threatening a push into Roro's 4th. Roro posturing for a ling counter to Stat's 4th, but is deflected by Zealots and Templar.
Roro does a nice surround on Stat's push and manages to clean up the army despite some nice storms.
Stats doing a great job at denying Roro's expansions. Roro stuck on 4 bases for a long time. Stat's 5th at the bottom left main has been mining uncontested for a while.
Roro had a nice advantage but i think he delayed way too much his tech and his 5th base. When he wanted to take a 5th he couldnt anymore, and +3 carapace helps lings so much against zealots. Stats had really good storms and lol at his sim city. I really enjoy late game pvz.
Such a horrible strat by hitman. He deserved to lose that game. Looks like he has not been following the current ZvZ metagame. Did I hear right that this guy is SC2 specialist ? Doesn't look like that...

What strats did he use those games ? Were they allins or solid games ? If allin he will do well for a short time till everyone figures him out.

We don't know since those games weren't streamed, unfortunately.
And Effort and Trap are alright at SC2 considering that they are KeSPA players.
Small engagement in the front of Wooki's natural. 2 Stalkers, 1 Probe, 1 Zealot from Stork against 3 Stalkers of Wooki. Stork loses both Stalkers to pick off one Stalker.
Both players expanding, with Stork expanding slightly later than Stork.
Robo Bays warping in for both players. Warp Prisms being built from both players, with Prism Speed being researched from both players. Stork with an earlier first Colossus.
The Warp Prisms pass by each other, barely missing each other.
very cool game. clever stork. i was thinking that he should attack, two immortals are very valuable in a fight and the drop can get countered by just 2-3 zealots.

I think Khan might have gone down a ranking. You can check Liquidpedia once the games are updated on there.
Anyways, I now have much greater respect for the people who make LR threads. It's very exhausting to keep up with the games and update the thread in a timely fashion.

And you have to spam LR in the meantime too!
Didn't know about liquipedia, going to check it out
Rofl. Typical KT. Stats and Flash and Stats. I don't really care about how you win your matches anymore. Just make it into the PO and make it to the finals against T8 with a LeeSsang Rok acematch. A win-win for some people like me.
On August 05 2012 16:47 AndAgain wrote: What was that timing all about? Stork just showed up and crushed for some reason.
The observer pointed out after the game that Colossus range wasn't researched by Wooki. Despite the good colossus positioning of Wooki, Stork had more units and a solid unit composition, as well as Colossus range, so it was very one sided despite a fairly balled up army for Stork.
I wouldn't let Flash play against RorO again since Flash got smashed by him in SC2 last time around. It did seem that Stats had a specific, though weird, build planned out for RorO and was prepared to play him in the ace match, and RorO kinda teched too hard and just died to Stat's one push.
Until Flash learns how to not die while turtling greedily, I wouldn't have too much confidence in him. I hope KT.Lizzy makes an appearance in the future, but it's understandable why KT is holding him back since having him as an SC2 sniper would also mean forcing him to alternate to BW, and we all know how great Lizzy is at BW. Then again, hitmaN playing today will mean that he is playing BW the next time around, so that's very unpleasant to think about.

I don't like it. Because PvZ have gone to shit with Protoss actually winning vs Zergs. And Zergs still losing vs Terran.

I haven't watched too many games live, so my perception is probably skewed from only watching highly recommended games.

Some of them have been good, some of them have been bad.
Overall the trend has been aggressive, borderline (or just straight-up) cheesy play.
The games have been solid. I thought Stats v RorO, however, was another example of SC2 practice leading to sloppy BW play.

I feel that players gives up too easily in BW nowadays and don't put up nearly as much of a fight as the previous season. We rarely see back and forth battles going on. Last season, it used to be player A doing some hyper aggressive build and then player B deflects it and then the playing field gets even out which eventually turns into a huge back and fourth macro game. What we are currently seeing is player B dying straight out instead. Quite the conundrum.
