Sea keeps playing passively lately, even when he has a great advantage. See the last game he played, it was against some terran had +50 supply then just turtled until they were both maxed.

but mini actually just mined out his main, and is now only on 2 bases

sea is pushing into the main and taking out the gateways, but mini has like NO army except for a few scouts!
