you can judge how good someone is from 1 game is but not how bad he is

basically it's possible to see that a player is really good from 1 game, because if he plays really good he is really good, but it's not possible to see if a player is bad from 1 game cause if he plays bad there might have been a billion circumstances which you have no idea about

but you can't judge how good someone is based on who he beats (or loses against) in 1 game because his opponent might have had a billion outside circumstances affecting his play
