When I changed the map pool to reflect Bo5 I was still thinking in ace match frame of mind and forget to change set 5 to a different map than set 1. Consequently there are two sets on FS, and I am not changing this back because it had been up for too long when I noticed and people may already have started preparing. This IS my mistake though, and there won't be repeat maps in future pools. If you really hate FS, or repeat maps, then I apologize and hope you can manage to survive the first week. lmaster what is going on man... can someone kindly please explain to me what is going on. and Lmaster can you answer my question about switching the line-up submission due on wednesday or thursday... You're not a captain, unless I am missing something and am confused about AKAs. I have left that option open to the captains and if they decide that sooner line-up submission is a better idea then rest assured it will be changed. With so many people I think a bo7 will be a better idea This requires almost everyone on every team to show up, and this just isn't likely to happen. Having all kinds of walkovers deciding sets and matches isn't fun for anyone involved; therefore I chose Bo5. | ||

You're not a captain, unless I am missing something and am confused about AKAs. I have left that option open to the captains and if they decide that sooner line-up submission is a better idea then rest assured it will be changed. so unless im not a captain my answer and opinion does not matter? thanks it is good to know earlier than rather getting my question ignore. "if captains thinks it is better idea?" this league is suppose to be a learning curve for us C rank and having prepare for our match up would be much better. but seeing how this doesn't come to your mind is beyond me. Will you quit crying all over this thread? NoisE already has my line up and I already have his, that being considered, you're crying for nothing about line up submissions and you know this. And, no, if you're not a team captain, you shouldn't have any say in whats going on except through your team captain, if Lmaster didn't opperate this way he'd have 40+ people to deal with rather than 6. The map pool had jade and hbr. which were two maps i was training on. So without those map in the map pool then my training for nothing, even after we have a consensus vote on what map was finalize. Lineup is no concern to me since it is the captain’s job to put out which player play one what map and in what order. Rules: If you have an issue during match time please contact L_Master (TL)/sGs.LMaster (ICCUP)/luciditymasters (skype) to resolve it. he posted this for a reason didn't he. well I have a problem with the rules and how it is being handles. | ||

Huh? This seems like a suprisingly hostile/frustarted post. Who Said your opinion doesn't matter? The IsSuE, and the ReasoN why I chose to leave it up with captains, is personal scheduling. Lots of players have trouble committing that far in advance, Which has been a huge IsSuE for DRTL, and that creates it'S own set of problems. Now it'S Friday night and a player realizes he can't play and captains have to scramble to find someone to fill that vOid not to mention a person that was supposed to have to prepare for match-up XvY now suddenly finds he is playing XvX. That can be pretty frustrating. Your the only person Who has posted strongly in favor of earlier lineups (this is NOT to say other people are against it, they just haven't voiced any opinion) and im not just going to change from just ONE person telling me to do otherwise, especially when the other Way has the potential to cause it'S own set of problems. If many other people are in favor of earlier line-ups they are certainly more than welcome to voice their opinions, and if most people favor it I have absolutely ZerO qualms with changing line-up dates. It just needs to be understood this ups the level of CommItment required from all the players in the league (Which incidentally is the ReasoN I left it up to the coaches, as they likely know best how organized teams are and if their people can commit soon enough/consistently enough). The OP formatting got fucked up and the map change for week one also became displayed as the overall map pool.
