Its pretty clear scan has no regret to his abusing and honestly, why should he, when tournament organisers like you let him play regardless. Why cant we take a stand and not allow tournament abusers to play on. seriously.

scan is a good player or hacker? make a couple of years ago banned the TSL (map hacking), and later turned out to be more games and others like to use cw's study is all a long time. Then, we will continue to be lost when the old admins without having to return to continue.
