How is not Action's fault for choosing to 12 hatch on a 2 player map in zvz?
Seriously? Players 12 hatch on 2 player maps all the time. :/
Vs Zero though? Unless Action didn't pay attention to the MSL at all he should have known that Zero likes to 9 pool. 12 hatch is just so risky, especially if you don't have the micro to defend.
Thinking about that last one, why didn't Action engage with his lings next to one of his spores? Instead of fighting just Zero's lings he got to fight Zero's lings + mutas taking potshots and judging by how few lings Zero had left over it could have been Action's ling victory instead.

It's not like Action is a ZvZ bonjwa who can just play it safe with a 12 pool and win by outplaying the opponent. I think he was expecting Zero to take the safe build choice since he's clearly the better player.
And the fact that Zero 9 pooled Jaedong means nothing. Different player, different circumstances. That's like saying that Juni or Saint or someone should expect Flash to 14CC just because he does it against Jaedong and Zero.

He was trying really hard to sneak a ling in to see if Zero was continuing to make mutas or producing lings but Zero did a good job of denying the scout.
