Well, none of that has to do with not putting Broodwar events on the calendar when dozens of pittance SC2 events (this isn't dogging SC2, there are just a whole lot of events and a lot of them are far from major) are up a week early or more.

Yeah I understand your frustration about that but claiming the admins are trying to kill the BW section when there are so many still hard at work on the BW content is absolutely ridiculous

No one is begrudging the writers, it is just an unfair, if understandable, dichotomy.

They don't want to kill the BW section, they just want to shield us from the rampaging hordes of new users. I have been to SC2 LR threads, they aren't pretty.
In all seriousness I can't wait to see what the MSL team has for us. Should be good!

This is neither on TL calendar nor on Liquibet yet.
It is about time.

I would like to know this too because I want to clear my schedule, is this going to be on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday morning for Americans?

Wanna write some hype for this. I'll try to find time tomorrow. Flash hwaiting!
And re: micro/macro/gamesense...
You can somewhat categorize these three aspects of the game (although as someone mentioned, there are a lot more like economic management, timing, which arguably could be subsumed under gamesense).
In that case, Flash is definitely in the argument for top micro and macro in the scene. Sure, Baby, JD, and Bisu are three others who are top-tier micro-ers, but you can't realistically say Flash is behind them. Just because he has lower APM? He's more efficient. His marine splits are the best in the biz. His target-firing with tanks are amazing. His dropship usage is Boxer-esque. C'mon...
Macro? Best... yeah he's great at it, IF he gets to that point. And even then Flash has, time and again, stood toe-to-toe with him. Stork? They keep cheesing each other, and as I recall Flash has outmacro-ed Stork quite often in their late-game games. Besides, macro also involves BO advantages and is dependent on early-game aggression.
So I don't think we should say that Flash is simply no.1 in game sense and that's how he wins. He wins through a combination of all his talents, which may or may not be top 1 in that particular aspect of the game but cumulatively produce the greatest Starcraft the world has ever seen.

1 AM PST Saturday if the OP's time is correct. Which means staying up Friday night to watch if you're in PST like me, or waking up super early on Saturday to watch if you're EST
Or maybe you ESTers stay up all night and watch them too and then go to bed at 7 AM, I don't know.

Uhh why the hell is this not in the events calendar? Every day is flooded with meaningless SC2 events, but there's no room for the biggest BW event in months?

God I really miss the days when I was PST and watching Korean events. It's not easy being an EST fan. On Saturday I have a good friend's wedding to get to too.
And btw you should expect like an hour of pregame stuff, so for EST fans a closer estimate of when you should watch is 5 AM. If you have shit to do on Saturday then I'd advise sleeping early Friday and getting up for it at 5 AM.

If Zero wins even one game I'll be pretty happy. Really worried about a 3-0 happening. ㅜ.ㅜ
