I watch BW for entertainment. I've never made it past D- as a player (minus a lucky putting me at D+ until I... played another game) so I don't pretend to be good. Simply put, I'd rather watch HiyA vs Kal in a Bo5 than Flash vs Stork, because we're more likely to get 2 or 3 memorable games out of 2 A class beating each other up than 2 S class with carefully prepared builds leading to (essentially) BO wins.

I do acknowledge that you don't get "ee han timing!" or the JD vs fantasy series without two S class... but at the same time I don't mind losing the possibility of those golden moments because the probability of "silver moments" is much higher with slightly worse players.

Like I said, this probably isn't a very popular view... but it's how I approach things.

even if it's champion/runner-up seed rights, isn't this too much...using the fact that fans want to see a bisu/jd/flash match as an excuse, they just made easy groups for themselves while planning to make an easier road for themselves as bisu/jd/flash take each other out. usually champions use their seed rights to make their own group as the death group; before, bisu flash iloveoov nada group was made when bisu won/or was runner up; back then, bisu/iloveoov went up and that was very fun to watch. mark my word, we're going to see another laughable semifinals (aka one with no notable players)

솔직히 참치랑 몽환이는 포스가 없다. 그래서 그런지 걔들 옆자리는 쉽게 채워졌지 않았나. 그러니까 걔들도 아는거지, 지네가 또 한번 높은 자리에 올라가려면 택뱅리쌍은 없어야 한다고. 그 와중에 뱅은 진짜 특혜 입은거다. 단순히 몽환이 옆자리라서? 아니다. 뱅조가 E조인데 E조를 죽음의 조로 만들어봐라. 그럼 16강에서 피해를 입는게 누구일까? 바로 참치새끼다. 그러니 8강 이후에서나 볼 폭군네 조를 타겟으로 삼은거다.

honestly, tuna and great have no force (aura). that's why the spots next to them were filled so easily. that's why those two know themselves too, that in order to make it high in the tournament again, TBLS needs to be taken care of. Stork got lucky. Stork is in group E, but you know why TLS wasn't put in group E to make it into a death group? B/C the one who will face group E in the RO16 is the fucking tuna. that's why he deliberately chose group D which tuna won't have to face until after RO8.

이영호 우승자고 이제동 준우승때 시드 기억나냐. 꿀조 찾는건 둘째치고 누가오든 상관없다 시드권 기부하겠다 이러면서 우승, 준우승 포스 철철넘치고 모두 리쌍 피하고싶어했지. 근데 이번 우승자 준우승자는 리쌍조 만든게 잘못이 아니라 나름 우승,준우승자인데 포스유지를 너무못했다.

you guys remember when flash was the champion and jaedong was the runner up? they didn't care who was put into their group so they just donated their seed rights while unleashing their scary winner/runner-up aura and everyone wanted to avoid their group. the thing that this time's champion and runner-up did wrong is NOT that they made a TaekLeeSsang group of death, but that they're acknowledging their weakness and failing to uphold any sort of respect/aura.

since they put TaekLeeSsang in one group, last tournament's champion/runner, hydra and great, are only acknowledging that they themselves are 3rd rate. they know they don't have what it takes to offer the electricity/nervous/excitement.
