I am beyond disappointed right now... seriously? Group D? WTF??? Three of the best players in the world in one group with sea... If hydra really had any sense he would know that to be a real champion he must man up and be prepared to face these guys as opposed to setting them up against each other...
Other than this utter disappointment, I think the games will obviously be EPIC, they will have to be just for survival sake in this group.
I personally hope Jaedong and Flash destroy Bisu and Sea. They just have to advance to make this MSL worth watching in my opinion.
Flash: 2-0 Jaedong: 2-1 (or vice versa)

I personally hope Bisu and sea destroy their respective opponents.

I'm still trying to figure out Hydra's mindset because his passing the group stages is no picnic either. He has Light to play (the best TvZer behind Flash), while GGaemo and Tyson are no slouches either, although not quite up to his level. I suppose his thinking was that if he could make it out of the group, he would be in a very good position to win because at least 1 (maybe 2 if Sea plays well) of the TBLS will be eliminated. if you ignore the dickish move, i think hydra was pretty smart. like you said it's maximising his chances of winning further down the track. i would say his mindset is pretty obvious hydra is an msl champion, i'm pretty confident he can beat light, who is pretty average for a terran lol no Light has one of the best TvZ out there. arguably on the same par with Flash
while i understand hydra's decision, i personally find it's kinda pathetic ... i mean sure he did what he had to do to increase his chance of winning, but won't it be more glorious if he beats all the pillars of BW to claim the throne, rather than abusing his seed advantage to pave an easy way out ... i don't hate it, but im not a fan of either

Ok, what the fuck? Bisu only third best looking, and group D. Hydra....reallly?!?!

Ain't happening the dong will eat SEA ALIVE !

Hydra and great most hated pg's at the mom ^^
group D kills all the fantasy and joy of the msl (

Sea is screwed... he is terrible against Flash and terrible against the Dong. He has a chance against Bisu... but it takes 2 wins to move on D:

On the other hand f he had switched stork into the group with his last power it would be even more **** ..

Thats a good point. when flash got knocked out early last season weren't progamers in their interviews saying that the MSL wouldn't matter as much without him? (maybe osl interviews not sure). You'd think that the champion would wanna put themselves up against a good player to try and prove that it wasn't a fluke? I would think that a group with flash/dear/trap or something like that would've been a good fit for hydra. he gets a chance to beat flash and legitimise his title, and has fallback protoss to crush in case he loses.

Light's TvZ is pretty much on the same level as Flash's.
agree :D

Who is still a Hydra fan? ME! This is brilliant! All the players from ACE have a great chance of progressing and it's livened up the group stages immensely. Also, if one of the group D players goes on to win they can say they earned it, big time. This is a big opportunity to prove themselves. Also Snow has the easiest group by a long way. No, Hydra is an idiot. ACE players are terrible and not a single one is getting past the Ro16. Failing that, certainly not the Ro8. It may have livened up the group stages, but the rest of the tournament just became a lot less interesting. None of the players in Group D have anything left to prove in the MSL. Except Sea. Of course they have something left to prove. Flash and Jaedong are trying to tie Nada for most SL wins. Bisu is trying to prove he can still be successful in individual leagues after a barren run. If they had nothing left to prove why bother competing at all?
Plus I still love Hydra and I enjoy watching ACE players way more than Flash and Bisu

As reasonable a choice as it was for him to put 4 of his biggest competitors for a title in the same group, I'm still absolutely disgusted about how much worse the Ro16 will be because of this and I've now got a distaste for Hydra. Tournaments gonna be tangibly worse thanks to him, no matter how "sensible," it was.

c should be easy for zero. groups d,e,f look pretty good. although it sucks that d is stacked with the best of the best. i hope light rapes hydra
|
Omg, Hydra...what a dick D: At least Jaedong was voted to be the best looking progamer, that's reasonable.

Sea is 6-1 against Great and 3-0 against Hydra (including offlines). This was obviously a planned move between the two. -_-

Group D. How the fuck did this happen. gg

Sea, Flash, and Jaedong had this to say:

Bisu apparently disappeared somewhere, presumably to cry himself to sleep.
Edit: Apparently English stuff went up on Fomos.
