coulee looks interesting, perhaps the bridges should be wider (use starforge and break the EULA ) maybe it's a zerg map?  AT LAST
I think that hawk eye isnt terran friendly, but blocking the hill with expo may lead to vicory (but toss can drop), hmm.

-Coulee: hard for zerg. Opponent can fast expand without being rushed, then take the corner gas expo and the min only pretty easily. same probably goes for pvt, have fun playing vs a 12cc build. i like the idea with the two geysirs in the middle tho.
-hawkeye: very cool map, lots of strategy, many expansions but all very vulnerable to drops and stuff. again terran-favoring i guess, they can like block the one choke top right or bottom left, expand twice and siege the opponents natural, so obviously we'll see a lot of dropping and air units on that map. I'm not sure about the sense of the middle area, if one player is able to expand their with such an open middle the game is pretty much over anyways. Also pvz seems impossible to win on that map, he can just double expand, secure the middle with tons of lurks and sunks and get 200 supply ultra/ling
-astral eclipse: i would've made that mineral wall a little more than only 16, a zerg can double expand easily. very similar to bladestorm gameplaywise imo, except that pvz will be even harder without the islands, tvz and pvt will be fine i think, except that terran will have to kill the protoss rather early because he will never get more than 2 expansions, slow push is probably impossible with such an open middle

Coulee sucks pvt. All terran needs to do is 12cc then go fact & port and just push right through the middle of the map (straight up). Toss needs to fly to carriers, but terran can just get wraiths to counter that. Infinity covered this map.
Hawkeye - looks like another t map. terran has 2 free expansions vs zerg and toss.. and 2 expos = terran will win most of the time. pvz looks decent, as toss gets 2 free expands (as well as zerg). however, zerg can easily contain and mass expo like infinity said. 
astral eclipse - pvt and tvz will be fine, except it seems that t > p a little bit, as terran has 2 free bases and toss needs to be up 1 base to compete with terran. because of this, toss will need to expand to another main to spread out terran's army (but the main will be close to terran army...) should be cool pvt's and tvz though. pvz - infinity covered that as well.
oh well. at least it's not a lt tourney.

I thought coulee looked good. I am really glad this wasn't a bunch of lt knock off's. I think Blizz did a good job picking the map makers... Does anyone know if they were chosen at random or did you guys submit and just hope you got picked?
