Btw why did JD build the greater spire when he never even got any guardians or devourers, was it for upgrades?
Heard of bait and switch??

Can we also accept that Odd-Eye is a bad ZvT map and it's almost impossible to break this late game mech bullshit?
Shame, cause JD was the waaaaaaaaay better player.

And it's not like Effort and Jaedong even played amazingly well, anyway, so don't act like it's some great crime that they lost
Definitely not, the OSL LR where Flash bunker rushed Jaedong out of the OSL and Stork got hydrabusted by Shine is without a doubt the single worst LR thread.

Too bad Sea himself disagrees with you. So about that fisting thing... how about you go first ?

TvZ has historically favored terrans. Very astute of all of you to notice that.
But the anti-mech contingent here is just unbearable. It's a sacrifice of the early game for the late game, just as bio is the opposite. In fact, I'd argue that it's easier for hivetech to beat lategame mech than bio is to beat hivetech.
This reminds me of when Jaedong was schooled by Free with his archon ball of death, and you heard screams of imba then, which is ridiculous, considering ZvP is the most imba matchup of them all. The trick is to not let it get to that point.

correct me if im wrong, but i thought the point of going bio with a mech transition like today was the early game was not sacrificed...how can it be any different, when the early game for this style of play is the same as regular bio?

wow sea[shield] impressive :D

When I saw the results, I had to double check to make sure they weren't playing SC2.

ouch, all the terrans won.

I think zergs aren't using their full tech arsenal to enough effect. Zerg should get mutalisks to force goliaths, then run terran over with hydra/ling/drops, until terran has to get vultures, and then mutalisks again. Rinse and repeat. Zergs have to punish terran for vultures. overlords all over the place, and mutalisks taking out mines. Rapid tech switches.

Post of the thread. This terran hating bullshit needs to stop. Now. The influx of SC2 baddies is bad enough, don't translate T hate to brood war plz.
Jaedong could have easily overran Sea with mass muta when he had less than a control group of goliaths. There were almost no turrets unlike the game with Flash.

sea is feasting on the angry jaedong fanboy's tears right now.

Rough game but there is a lot of very bad strategy advice and critiques in this thread

Dammit I hate fucking stupid maps, Odd-Eye is even worse..

Anytime Jaedong loses the PR thread goes to hell.

Can we please put a stop to Terran hating now? Jeez. Need I remind you that they play to win, not to play to appeal the audience, regardless of the result? At that stage, they HAVE TO win, and they HAVE TO do anything to achieve it. Now I don't give a shit about Swarm Season, I don't give a shit about the bio mech transition that is "tearing apart the fabric of Starcraft". It's just you Zerg sympathizers and Terran haters have problem with your attitude. People like you are so fucking used to see Zerg rampaging through leagues that you start to take it for granted. Now there's no Protoss for you to hydra bust, to 3-0, only Terran players who have already acknowledged themselves being the underdogs and more inexperienced, so they practise more vigorously in order to minimize the gap. Fucking face it: They're just trying to do their job, while you sit here, you watch the stream, you trashtalk in the channel and enjoy the luxury of not having to endure the freaking stress those players out there have to; yet you call their [best performance they COULD offer] "gay" and by the most derogatory terms possible. I see nobody "gay" but you people.
And map imbalance? Give us a freaking break. This PR, that Odd-Eye, every map that could be used to describe a Zerg graveyard? When a Terran wins this way it takes a freaking long time, followed by persistent endurance and a string of correct decisions.
